'No where on the site did it let us know that to check in you had to drive into downtown Pompeii to another hotel to get the code We arrived at the villa at 4 but had been trying to reach the owner since 2 to advise we were on our way. Eigen parkeerplaats en ingang. Goede bedden, 2 douches, waarvan 1 douche wat klein. Ruime tafel en comfortabele...

'We booked Namily House in February 23 for September 23. The day of booking after 3pm I receive a text advising a water issue and we were given another property totally inappropriate for 4 adults. The person sending text message was going to meet us at an agreed time and never arrived. We had to make our own way without any assistance. Very dissatisfied customer. This night in Positano was our special booking. '
