'The shower in the 2nd bath by kitchen shower head was like razor blades!!! Horrible!!! Painful!! Check in for vehicle was ridiculous! Couldn’t register my car!! Than threatened I’d better do it. I tried and tried.Patio by bedroom couldn’t open door to sit out there! Not cleaned. Would have Been nice to sit there for breakfast meal. '

'Dean reacts very quickly which is very reassuring. Everything in the condo is new and complete: good bed & bathroom, snorkelgear available etc. Good location: you only need to cross the street to get access to the beach (Kamaole Beach Park1),during a morning walk we spotted 3 turtles '

'Being on the beach was key. Hotel staff were excellent, though noticed a couple of things which seem to slip and probably due to Covid and now Trump. I had to call for housing keeping for towels as no one showed up first first 5 days. The dryer door came off in the hinge at top (just needed screws tighten). The room was good, but a couple of things which were needing attention, this is not a 4.6 star .... closer to 4. Though I'm sure when travel to US is not an issue, this beautiful place...

'Room was nice, clean and well supplied. Locks were tricky and sliding glass door would stick. Blinds did nothing to block the light so if you need dark to sleep you'll have issues. Check in takes place at a building about a block away and with it being a one way street with no street parking it was difficult to check in. '
