'This is a guest house beside the owner's place. The room was clean and spacious and the weather at the end of March was so comfortable that we didn't have to switch on the AC at night. However, it did get very hot in the day so we opened the windows to let the hot air out. Also, a few very cute and friendly cats also live on the property. Loved the place!'

'This place was amazing! So clean and SO creative. Lots of cute frog-themed touches. They definitely put heart in to developing this oasis. 'Such a lovely little cabin in Volcano with a nice small hot tub perfect for 2 and a great fire that lights up with the switch on the wall. We were so comfortable sleeping here, and made breakfast in the kitchen with all you needed. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Volcano! '

"Hotel wordt aangeprezen als 5 sterren. Naar mijn mening is het hotel amper 3 sterren waard. 4 liften beschikbaar voor alle kamers, waardoor de wachttijd zeer lang is, schimmel in de kamer op de plafonds, badkamer veel te klein, feest tijdens ons verblijf van de U.S. Navy, hierdoor veel overlast van dronken gasten die voor de uitgang alles onder spuugde en constant aan het roken waren op de balkons en aan het schreeuwen waren vanaf de balkons. Bij uitcheck wordt er door het personeel niet eens gevraagd hoe het verblijf is geweest, hoort naar mijn mening toch wel in een 5 sterren hotel. Ligging van het hotel is geweldig, enigste pluspunt "
