'Beautiful and unique “hobbit cabins” in far south Tahiti… two warm pools, fish ponds, amazing flowers and foliage, fantastic sunsets, great breakfast. Be aware that the bungalows are open to the elements and there may be a short uphill walk from the parking lot. Nets are provided for the beds and we didn’t have a serious issue with bugs. There are also chickens wandering the grounds, which is fun.'

'This is an absolute haven of tranquility and you don’t expect a lodge like that while driving down the East coast of Raiatea. The garden is stunning and you can read about all the plants. By the small beach is a lily pond and the hillside is a jungle of the most amazing vegetation. I was greeted very warmly and shown around, there is a beautiful communal area with a kitchen that is fully stocked and then you have little spaces in and outside of the fridge for the things you buy for yourself....

'These pictures are totally misleading. This is not a nice place, the outdoor area is especially dirty and not safe to walk it. We thought we would have our own hot tub. NO, it is a long, unsafe walk from the unit and the water looked milky, not clean. It is so dark at night and there are no night lights, so I had a serious fall, still bruised a week later.'

'Everything was horrible!!! Cab driver couldn't find the address... he Googles Gooogle Maps, called 2 people from his company.... you have NO PHONE NUMBER to call for these emergencies!! We didn't get there as no one knew where to go... why? NO PHONE NUMBER!! Never again!! I have to pay for something I've never used.'

'We were really looking forward to the hot tub and it was the main reason we booked this place. When we looked at it, it was cloudy and dirty. We later found out it was broken. "Hotel wordt aangeprezen als 5 sterren. Naar mijn mening is het hotel amper 3 sterren waard. 4 liften beschikbaar voor alle kamers, waardoor de wachttijd zeer lang is, schimmel in de kamer op de plafonds, badkamer veel te klein, feest tijdens ons verblijf van de U.S. Navy, hierdoor veel overlast van dronken gasten die voor de uitgang alles onder spuugde en constant aan het roken waren op de balkons en aan het schreeuwen waren vanaf de balkons. Bij uitcheck wordt er door het personeel niet eens gevraagd hoe het verblijf is geweest, hoort naar mijn mening toch wel in een 5 sterren hotel. Ligging van het hotel is geweldig, enigste pluspunt "
