'Horrible experience, no reception, no pool, no balcony, bed was broken, dirty. They are remodeling but they don’t say anything and charge same price. The room was ok but the floor was dirty'

'Another wonderful stay at Josh’s Daytona Beach Resort There’s something for everyone. Ocean view, time on the balcony, pool, hot tub, beach, ocean. Quiet part of town but not far from restaurants and attractions. We would go again for sure!! Get the Lockly app for the door. It’s so easy. Internet and TV were great! Josh was great. No problems. '

'Good communication with host. House was clean..lots of towels and utensils etc. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was very nice. Landscaping looks like it took a hit due to the recent FL freeze.'

'The best place we've ever stayed in Daytona! Quiet and relaxing. Other then a few other loud visitors the trip was perfect ! Pool was clean and security kept the place in check. Highly recommend this place views were perfect ! We couldnt have asked for a better vacation. Our 14 year old granddaughter will never forget her perfect Florida vacation thanks again !'
