'This house was very clean and spacious! Having access to the river makes this place very special. The host was very communicative and response to requests if needed. I was very happy with my stay at this Tri-State property. It's very easy to get to and the directions are very clear.'

'Host was accessible and very nice location to enjoy what nature brings.'

'Pam was a wonderful host. Very communicative and helpful. The house is charming with a lovely view of the lake from the front porch. The only issue that caught us by surprise is that the only bathroom is downstairs while the bedrooms upstairs. It was probably in the property description but didn't catch out attention. I bring it up because I usually make a trip or two to the bathroom at night and it could be a factor for elderly guests or those with physical challenges. Nevertheless, we...

'Overall cleanliness was fine, bath mats in bathrooms were not clean. Covered in hair and dirt, very gross. Was not able watch anything on the tv apps without needing a parental code, which the property manager could not tell us. I had to sign into my own apps on the tv. So just be prepared for that. '

'This was a fine stay at a no-frills cabin home in the tri-states. Easy check-in and out and the amenities you'd expect for a low key weekend. 'Perfect for a weekend stay fishing on the lake!'

'This was an excellent property. It was clean, well stocked and beautiful. The host was attentive and available. It was really a wonderful stay.'

'We loved out stay! Would absolutely stay again. There is a little (under 5 min) walk to the tiny house itself on some rough terrain but it’s worth it for the seclusion. The place itself was so charming and cute. So fun seeing the animals and trails are walking distance away. The nearest towns are 30+ minutes away and there are no big box stores, just small shops and restaurants, so pack accordingly. The house has cooking supplies, utensils, plates and even coffee there but you need to bring a...

'Excellent host, communicative and helpful. The space is a nice space and plenty of rooms for all. The river access is great and really lovely to have. If you're going in the winter there is a great, new sauna on the deck. We had a great time grilling on the propane griddle and relaxing on the deck. Peaceful and quiet. Be aware, if you are tall, the doorways are a little low, and one of the bedrooms is just off the kitchen and not private.'

'Amazing hosts! Would rent from them anytime'
