'This is a lovely property, managed by a friendly and responsive host. I very much appreciated the high standard of cleanliness, especially with the linen which was impeccable. The property is close to the racecourse, to the Brewery Quarter and to the university. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Thank you Mo for your attentiveness. '

'Location is perfect, merely a 5 minute walk and you are in Cheltenham centre right by the brewery quarter, plenty of choice for food all within minutes of the apartment. The gentleman that checked us in on reception was so friendly and informative. The suite was the Milano, it was spacious and clean but the only complaint was it could do with a little maintenance. Handles missing off the drawers in the bedroom, towel pegs hanging out of the doors, no remote for the TV in the bedroom, main TV...

'We have had a nice stay at the Old fleece. The apartment is just above the pub, but you won't hear any noise from it. The apartment is large and well equipped, eg dishwasher, microwave, oven, large screen with Netflix. Unfortunately it's hard to heat the room because there is just a small heating and as it's an old building cold air and noise find their way through the (window)frames. '

'The kitchen had a cigarette smell; perhaps the curtains had not been cleaned or changed. Sheets were clean, but the dishes and general cleanliness were not good. Location was okay. '
