'We had a lovely stay, rooms very clean, new and modern. Pools are fantastic and given the size of the resort privacy is not an issue if you are looking for a quiet spot on the lagoon/pool. Dining is a little expensive but there are other options in town. Private access to four mile beach. Aircon facilities and fans in rooms are great although we did get a little cold at night with the aircon not able to be switched off unless windows are open. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. '

'Thala was the perfect break - a quiet, wild oasis. Seamless check in and helpful porters are quick to take you about the resort in gold buggies. Rooms are tucked away and private, ideal for romantic get aways. There is so much to do on the property - highly recommend both the southern loop and the more rugged nature walk. 'Excellent position overlooking Four Mile Beach, while being an easy walk to the shopping area. Good size 1 bedroom suite with a great balcony. The swimming pool area is very good. Just a couple of things that could be improved - the floors needed a really good clean and there were quite a few cobwebs around the ceiling and entry doorway. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again.'
