Out the back an outdoor entertainment deck with large dining table and comfy outdoor setting overlooking the fully fenced back yard. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms down the hallway and one bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Downstairs is a large room with queen bed and king single, with an theatre style smart TV. Adjacent is a traditional style second bathroom. Laundry with washing machine and dryer in converted garage space.
