A beautiful and convenient hotel ... strict security, happy and respectful staff and polite. The restaurant food was excellent fresh and large portions. I cannot fault any aspect of the Citi Boutique Hotel it was just perfect ... I will always stay here when visiting Port Moresby

It was a nice place to stay. The dining room had good staff especially Peter. Obviously good chef's. Warm water and lemon that was new for me - an idea I'll take home.

Rooms were ok. They couldnt offer an alcoholic drink (either wine or beer) to go with your dinner even as an inhouse guest. Airport transfers were very slow. No one replies to your email.

The room was very clean, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the airport shuttle was provided promptly. I would stay here again. Some minor problems were, the sink was not draining properly, and in the afternoon, the direct sunlight made the room hot beyond the ability of A/C control.

Though I bothered to ask the free shuttle service from the airport indicating my flight date, time and number, no one from the hotel was there. Though the flight got delayed by 1 hour, I felt so embarrassed by not meeting this hotel's staff while the staffs from other hotels were there. So, I had to use a seemingly over-charging taxi, instead. On another day when I flew back from Rabaul and did not require an airport shuttle, I saw this hotel's staff there. So, my case might have been a simple mistake. But, if this hotel provides the airport shuttle service, it needs to be seriously committed. On the other hand, Beatrice at Reservation & Sales helped me a lot in arranging a half-day Port Moresby tour at a reasonable price in advance of my arrival, which was a great plus under my tight travel schedule with limited time.

Always excellent. The room I had though, the bath mat was stained and a little rough. But the food from the restaurant was excellent. Always a great place to stay.

Business stay in Port Moresby. Convenient, reasonably priced (for Port Moresby) hotel with good kitchen. Sometimes the restaurant can get a bit overloaded and slow. Very helpful staff.

Reasonable priced, convenient hotel in Port Moresby. Good restaurant. Could do with an exercise room. Nice and pleasant staff.

A mother and son in the city
Warm and friendly staff. They're also Very helpful and accommodating. We felt safe in the city being alone with my 4yr old boy. The rooms are clean.

The hotel was generally pleasant and very condusive. However, the food is very expensive. Also security guards are not welcoming.

New hotel. Smallish rooms, but fine if you are not having a convention. Next to the national football stadium. Nice and helpful staff. Could use an exercise room.

OK Hotel but not functioning yet
The facilities are in place, but the business centre wasn't working and in the 3 days I spent at the hotel, the internet was available for only a few hours. The food in the restaurant was alright, but very expensive. No water in the rooms and K7 for a small bottle of water in the restaurant. This said the staff was incredible. Everyone tried really hard to make it work.
