The only drawback this time was I wasn’t aware that they had removed the personal coffee pots from the rooms themselves and so therefore, in order to get morning coffee, you have to go downstairs to the lobby to get it. I understand the movement for recycling, reducing, reusing, etc., but having a fresh cup of coffee in your room ready to go when you get out of the shower is also a very nice experience. Closet was behind the mirror and that was rusted behind. Check in staff was rude and didn't care for her attitude. Morning staff was wonderful and professional. '
