'Nice place right in the center of Portland. The staff was helpful and friendly despite lots of people checking in at the same time. The rooms were very clean , I only stayed one night so I didn’t have an opinion on the room service. Parking garage was narrow so bigger vehicles would have a hard time parking.'

'great'

'Location A+ with easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Bedroom was clean and had great wooden armoire, small refrigerator. Bathroom seemed clean but lighting very low. Water pressure could be improved. All in all a great place to stay.'

'Was not aware of the $45 a day for parking the car. They said it was in the small print.'

'My visit was great! The hotel was quiet and clean and all the staff was so kind and helpful!'

'Clean property good location'

'Clean hotel. We had a great stay in Residence Inn. Breakfast was top.'

'The property was dirty and the rooms smelled of mold'

'Overall a good stay, The room was clean , staff were very helpful. Our only concerns were the HVAC in our room was very noisy and hard to regulate, we ended up turning it off completely which made the room stuffy. That may have been user error. Breakfast was unacceptable, scrambled eggs were rubbery and cold as was the Bacon. Not a great benefit.'

'We had a great trip the staff.was so helpful.'

'Loved our stay here. Really comfortable bed, lots of drinking and eating opportunities around the hotel. '
