Back-up naar weelderige moerassen in Pine Point, deze schilderachtige Scarborough uitje heeft een lichte serre, slaapplaatsen voor 8, en een buitenruimte met serene uitzicht op de natuur. Breng uw dagen door op het strand op minder dan 300 meter van het huis, verken de Old Orchard Beach Pier en Palace Playland, of ga naar Portland om de historische straten vol met winkels en restaurants door te nemen!

Stap binnen in het interieur van 1000 vierkante meter en straalt de klassieke cottage-sfeer uit met gezellig meubilair en houten accenten. Stapel je spullen op de grond en ga achterover in de woonkamer of serre na een lange dag reizen!

Overal in huis vindt u 2 Smart TV's met flatscreen om aan al uw entertainmentbehoeften te voldoen! Daarnaast heb je gratis draadloos internet om contact te houden met je dierbaren terwijl je weg bent.

Koken inspanningen wachten op, zowel op het gas grill en in de volledig uitgeruste keuken! Wanneer alles klaar en klaar is, verzamel dan aan de 8-persoonstafel voor een kwaliteitsmaaltijd.

Terwijl de zon ondergaat, ga je naar de achtertuin en deel je een fles wijn op het loungemeubilair. U zult zich zeker voelen in vrede terwijl u de uitgestrekte zoutmoerassen en vogels boven u bewondert!

Als je je boot meebracht, lanceer je hem op de openbare oprit langs de weg en rijd je de golven tegen de horizon in.

Om de dag door te brengen op de Old Orchard Beach Pier, springt u gewoon op de trolley die door de stad loopt. Niet alleen kun je wat Vitamine Zee op het strand krijgen, maar je bent ook in de buurt van tal van restaurants aan het water en Palace Playland met spannende attracties!

Voor nog meer amusement, maak een duik in het golfslagbad van Aquaboggan Water of botsboten! Degenen die even uit het water willen, kunnen naar Maine Indoor Karting gaan, waar ze kunnen ravotten en hun snelle vaardigheden kunnen laten zien.

De zuidkust van Maine is bezaaid met weelderige fairways, waaronder Prouts Neck Golf Course, Willowdale Golf Club en Dunegrass Golf Club. Great stay for adults, teens and preteens

The location is fabulous – just a short walk to a nice, clean beach. The marsh views and back yard are wonderful, as described in the listing. The cottage itself was more challenging for our group size and family structure, which consists of 6 adults and 3 children including a toddler. The dining table had room for 6 people (not 8), so we couldn't all sit together for meals. Although the upstairs bedrooms accommodated 6 people plus the toddler in a folding crib, 2 people had to sleep downstairs. Sleeping options on first floor were a fold-out couch (twin size) in the living room and a futon in the sunroom. Neither of those two rooms have window curtains; thus, no privacy or protection from bright morning light. A final challenge for our particular group was that the doors, stairway and general indoor area were not possible to "baby proof." Overall, a great choice for a smaller group and those without young children.

We loved our stay. Host was available and very helpful, even left a delicious basket of goodies for us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy little walk to the beach. There's no air conditioning, but we didn't need it at all during our stay. Charming beach house. I'd definitely go back.

My party adored our stay. Everything we needed was present in the kitchen. There was plenty of seating in the dining and living rooms. The bathrooms were ultra modern. The rear patio/seating areas were exceptional—comfortable and focusing on the lovely views. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing location close to the beach with a wildlife reserve for birds right behind it.

The house had everything we needed. The management team were very proactive and provided great instructions. In addition to being a great location and house for our family- it was easy to get to local attractions too be it downtown Portland, Kennebunkport, or the costal botanical gardens.

A weekend retreat!

Our stay at the Pine Point Cottage was to die for! Somehow even cuter in person than in the pictures, this cottage met and exceeded all of our needs! Stephanie was such a great host and even texted to see if i needed recommendations in the area. The view from the back deck is unbeatable and offered a lot of wildlife viewing opportunites. The location is perfect, close to the beach and you can walk to restaurants. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Great spot to stay for an off season long weekend!

Great location, wonderful cottage

We had a great time staying at this cute little cottage in Pine Point. It was comfortable and well managed. I did message the owner about some mildew around the washer and at the bottom of the shower curtain and didnt hear back, so I was a little disappointed in that. I'd expect a little better communication considering we paid a premium for this place during the week of July 4th.

Perfect stay away from the big city!

We rented this property for an anniversary trip and it perfectly fit our needs and desires. We were greeted by a sweet basket and card from our hosts and a cozy home all to ourselves. Cute cottage!

Perfect location to relax. Pictures on the listing are accurate. Beach is super close and house is walkable to good restaurants. Hosts were very welcoming, house was clean and well equipped. Bring a fan or two if forecast is going to be hot. The house cools at night with the sea breeze but it takes time to cool off if you’ve been out and closed things up while gone. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Perfect for us! Such a cute cottage house with a perfect amount of space to hang out and visit with friends and family. We came to Scarborough for a wedding weekend and this house was just what we needed. We found a very thoughtful welcome basket in the refrigerator with welcome goodies. The backyard is a peaceful beautiful spot with deck and chairs, party lights and sweet view. The online pictures are an excellent representation of the house and yard. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely use this house again.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I enjoyed this beach home so much! My parents, my husband and I, and my two children (5 and 7) were quite comfortable. Very charming, and importantly all the comforts of home! My kids were happy to have the red wagon to pull to the beach. There’s a fire pit and a beautiful out door patio, and grill outside. We appreciated the welcome basket and binder of nearby activities/food etc. Wonderful week, you won’t be disappointed!!

My family had a wonderful time at Pine Point! The house was a perfect size for us and the outside patio was an extra space to just relax. We enjoyed the beach and walked many times. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Family Get Away

This small but cozy cottage was wonderful for a long weekend away for our family of three adult couples. The cottage was spotless. The kitchen and the baths in this cottage have been beautifully renovated. All the beds are comfortable; a rare find! The cottage is a two block walk from a lovely beach which we frequently visited. We were greeted with a sweet basket of goodies, and our host promptly answered the one question we had. Recommended!

We enjoyed the fact that the beach is so close. The owner was very responsive. But the property was outdated. There were plenty of things that we loved: the grill, the games/puzzles/the beach. The mosquitoes were atrocious, but the owner explained that he didn't want to use pesticides, which we completely believe in. However, the setting was so hard to not want to sit outside and enjoy. We literally had to run to the car.

Perfect Rental for Our Group

This property is a great rental, had everything our group could have wanted - only regret is we couldn't stay longer! Property manager has rental well equipped and they pay attention to the details to make your stay comfortable (too many to mention, but if you need something they are likely to have it). We were greeted with a nice gift basket upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Easy walking location - quick walk to a great beach spot, walking distance to several restaurants and a coffee shop for your morning coffee. Could just park the car and leave it in the driveway if you wish. Great location to explore other parts of Maine if you choose to, with short drives to other attractions. Great marsh view for evening sunsets. The 3 bedrooms accomodated 6 adults and 2 infants - rooms were on small side, but not tiny. Bathrooms were nice, but only one shower. No air conditioning, which made upstairs a little warm - fortunately the temperatures were not too hot during our stay. Great property in a great location - nothing else to say.

Perfect Pine Point getaway

This house on the marsh in Pine Point was terrific. The house was clean, the location easy to walk to beach, and the views over Scarborough Marsh were fantastic. Coffee on the enclosed front porch in the morning and wine on the marsh in the evenings, who could ask for more? Bayleys lobster and The Stern are easy walking distance for great views, and seafood. The owners were wonderful and very responsive when we reached out to them. This is definitely a repeat vacation rental for us in the future!
