'Luca immediately welcomed us and was so informative, exceptional customer service! The building is beautiful, the room was very spacious and the art work and style of the room was amazing! The B&B is in a fantastic location with views of Pisa Tower and the terrace off the room was such a bonus. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace and wow the views were magnificent and the food choices were plentiful. We will definitely return here 5*'

'The place is next to a garage shop. There is dirt and garbage pretty much all around. Full of mosquitoes. For the price that you pay unequivocally not worth it. And the Internet Wi-Fi does not work. I would not stay again.'

'Sehr gute Kommunikation per WhatsApp App, alles super funktioniert. Auch die Anmeldung unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Super Aussicht und Pool. Man fährt einen Schotterweg ca. 2 km lang, mit den meisten Autos gut erreichbar. Wohnung ist typisch toskanisch und hat alles nötige drin. '
