'Convenient location, very clean, excellent staff'

'Checked in at four and left the hotel around five and when we got back our room had been cleaned again and the door was left open n unlocked we had a great stay wouldn’t recommend leaving important things while gone tho '

'Hotel rooms smelled musty, like cigarettes and dog. Ants were all over the place. Very loud and busy area. '

'The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on.'

'Parking was free and convenient. We stayed for 4 nights and I can say that the location was always 10-15 minutes away from everywhere we needed to be. Just a few things that need improvement: the room was really dark (even with all the lights on), they don’t make your bed at all (which was very odd to me), and our room key wouldn’t work consistently (we had to get a new one 3-4 times).'

'The staff was great, Jasmine especially went out of her way to help and answer our questions about the area. The breakfast was disappointing; everything was prepackaged/not fresh and the waffle machine was broken.'

'Heel mooi hotel, schoon en grote kamers, maar helaas geen fijne lokatie. Er zijn veel daklozen in de omgeving. Alles om het hotel heen is dicht daardoor. Er rijdt wel regelmatig politie/beveiliging rond.'

'A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. '

'Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee.'

'Goed hotel om downtown Portland te bezoeken. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig qua keuzes enmet plastic bestek en papieren bordjes.'

'The rooms are nice and clean. Enjoy the fact they put multiple pillows on each bed. I also enjoy they still have microwaves in the rooms, as a lot of hotels are removing them. The breakfast is also always decent'
