Appartement central, propre, fonctionnel très bien équipé spacieux et sécurisé. Proche de toutes les commodités, restaurants, supermarchés sites touristiques…. Il n’y a pas certes pas de réception mais ce n’est pas un problème car Fábio fera en sorte et même se fera un plaisir de vous accueillir même avant l’heure prévue. Si vous avez besoin de quoique ce soit il est très disponible et vous conseille même sur les visites à faire et petits restos.

In der Unterkunft gab es alles was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Alles ist sauber und es gibt viel Platz. Man kann problemlos ins Stadtzentrum laufen.

Having stayed in flats throughout Europe and US we place Almadas D #1. Modern, well appointed, professionally maintained, managed and serviced. Close to market, restaurants and transportation. Use uber if walking hills are a problem. We are 80 yrs old. We were well cared for.

it Is a fairly new apartment with modern decor. It is centrally located. You are only a couple of blocks from the metro which also makes it convenient. There are many great restaurants nearby. Fabio and team provided great communication before check in and check out. Great job!!! Will stay here again next time we are visiting Porto.

The flat was very spacious, great for 4 people. The second bed came down from the wall in the living room and there was a sliding door so people sleeping there could have privacy. The kitchen and bathroom are outside of the bedroom/sliding door so anyone can use them even if the others are sleeping. They don’t have luggage storage but there are lockers you can use for free across the road or for bigger suitcases a luggage storage place down a few houses down the road. There isn’t a reception but they came at the hour we arranged and there is a number you can call as well. Location is good, short walk to main attractions, lots of cafes/restaurants. I would definitely go back. We were very happy with everything (and they also provided a cot for our baby) so all great

Beautiful apartment for a first, but surely not last Porto stay. The old town is a footwalk away, in this area there are a lot of good restaurants. The host was very friendly. Liked the small city guide booklet. Only the bed was a bit too soft and low for my taste. But overall everything was perfect :)

Great location
We loved our vacation in Porto and staying at Almada Domus helped in our experience. Their location is great, please note that it is not in a flat area but it’s fairly easy to walk to. Great restaurants abound Rua do Almada like Muu and Tasco. Local shops also near the place. We just walked around Porto from our apartment. If you plan on cooking, they are really not complete with kitchen utensils. Our stovetop did not work also during our stay and had to be given the electric type so I could cook breakfast. Very basic toiletries given, just liquid soap. Also just 3 coffee capsules, for our 3 night stay. Good thing we already brought basic stuff before going to Porto so did not really bother us. Reception also very good. Vanessa was very welcoming and showed us where to go around the area. The apartment is very spacious. The 4 of us had a lot of space, and having 2 television meant the kids could watch their shows in peace. The bathroom though is very cold, we had to lay down towels on the cold tile floor. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay.

La habitación es muy cómoda con todo lo necesario y la ubicación muy buena. El único inconveniente fue la llegada, ya que nos habíamos puesto en contacto con ellos antes de llegar y nos dieron un celular para mandar mensaje una hora antes de nuestra llegada, para que puedan ir a recibirnos. Envíanos el mensaje pero no respondían, recién cuando llegamos al lugar y encontramos unas personas alojadas ahí nos dijeron a donde llamar. Llamamos al teléfono de línea pudimos conunicarnos, pero a todo esto estábamos con la incertidumbre de si vendrían o no. Esperamos una hora desde que llegamosy finalmente nos pudimos comunicar y vinieron a los 10 minutos. Aparentemente tuvieron un problema con internet, pero no estaban esperando como deberían haberlo hecho

I've rented serviced apartments all over Europe and this one is the best and most reasonably priced. Location excellent for exploring (hilly) Porto. Whole building and apartment of high-quality design and fittings. Well-equipped, quiet; on arrival Vanessa spent 10 minutes giving us the low-down on the city - more than we could have expected from a hotel concierge. I normally can't be bothered to write reviews, but this place fully deserves one!

conveniently located.
Great convenient location. Close.to the center but a few blocks away for a quiet stay. Only downside is that there's no 24 hr reception desk and you'd need to coordinate to meet.the staff to check in. Otherwise it's a small unit (8?) facility that's in a lively yet quiet neighborhood.

Everything was perfect. You should provide paper towels and recycling bins for paper and plastic. The outside door was not tightly close a few times and you should put a sign reminding people that they should ensure that the door is closed. The apartment was one of the best places we have stayed in our many trips.

Great location, only 5 minutes from Trinidade metra station and 5 minutes from bars / restaurants yet located in quiet street. Really well thought through property with fantastic shower and massive bed. If you need it there's also a pull down double in the front room. Host that met us has excellent English and was very informative. Would highly recommend.

Flat was large, very clean and was well laid out (good for 4 people). It was in a quiet area but close enough to lots of restaurants, buses/tours, grocery store and metro. The most comfortable king bed and pillows of our whole trip to Lisbon. Very quiet at night. Communication was good with property and they arranged taxi pick up for us with no issues. Areas for Improvement: provide face tissue, more towels for bathroom, more coffee pods. I would highly recommend this place.

Very Nice Apartment in downtown Porto
This property is a modern apartment with a living room, bedroom and kitchen. All furniture appears in very good shape and the bed was comfortable, the bedroom quiet. AC is in both the bedroom and the living room which also contains a drop down bed for an additional guest if needed. We didn't use. That living room also has large divider doors that can be closed. The kitchen was stocked ok. We really only used some utensils, plates, and coffee cups. We did not cook any meals. We did use the combined Washer/Dryer which washes ok but the drying is suspect. I think that is typical though as it is very small. Nice to have on a longer travel.The building feels very secure though no parking available. Wifi worked without problems
