Before booking, please note:

•🚭 Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (minimum fee of €250 if there is evidence such as smell, ash, cigarette butts).

•🗒️ Online registration: guest data must be registered compulsorily and autonomously through our own platform before arrival.

•🗝️ Check-in: autonomous with digital lock and/or access keys.

•🔑 Access: After the apartment is ready and online registration is correctly completed.

•👥 Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct in the booking. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the stated number may result in additional fees or refusal of the stay.

•⏳ Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of €90 applies for water and electricity; extras will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.

•🪜 Apartment access with lift (we are not responsible for lift malfunctions).

•🔊 Zero tolerance for noise in the apartment. We have very sensitive neighbours and a decibel meter with automatic notifications.

•🚗 Parking space available for narrow vehicles.
