The living space offers a cosy sitting area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV for relaxed evenings, and a dining table for shared meals. The open-concept kitchen is warm and inviting, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious dishes, including an oven, cooking plate, microwave, and coffee maker.

The thoughtfully decorated bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a TV, and ample storage to make you feel at home.

The shared bathroom comes prepared with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, adding extra convenience and care.

To complete the experience, the apartment opens onto a charming balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy a gentle breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 1st floor, and the building has an elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This area of Porto combines the city's vibrant energy with the charm of local life. Visitors will find a variety of cafés, bakeries, and traditional shops that offer an authentic taste of Portuguese culture. The neighbourhood has a lively atmosphere, yet it also provides quiet corners where you can relax and enjoy the rhythm of everyday life in Porto.

Its convenient location makes reaching both the historic centre and other parts of the city easy. Excellent transport connections allow you to explore Porto’s main attractions, from iconic monuments and picturesque riverside to bustling markets and modern shopping areas. It's an excellent base for discovering what Porto has to offer.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus station, S. Crispim, is just a one-minute walk away, and the closest subway station, Marquês, is a 16-minute walk away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
