Modern furnished and tastefully decorated, this 40 square meter apartment is close to various top attractions such as Matosinhos Beach and Castelo do Queijo. The metro station is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.

This apartment is designed with a balcony equipped with seating areas where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening and enjoy the stunning views. It features a medium-sized sofa that can turn into a bed and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook a homecooked meal, including a kettle, coffee machine, and fridge.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Matosinhos Sul is just a 3-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
