The sleek dining table with six chairs is perfect for meals or planning your next adventure. Large windows fill the room with natural light, enhancing the warm, welcoming ambience.

Each of the three bedrooms features a queen-size bed with plush bedding, bedside tables, and lamps, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The minimalistic decor in soft greens and earth tones creates a soothing environment, while wooden floors add a touch of warmth.

On the balcony, enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in the city views. Though the railing shows some wear, the outdoor space remains a delightful spot for relaxation.

Two complete bathrooms with showers and hairdryers provide convenience for all guests.

Guests have access to the entire 3rd-floor apartment, reached by stairs, as there is no elevator. The property includes all listed amenities, making your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

In the heart of Gaia, in a pleasant green area, this spacious apartment has been restored and equipped to receive families or groups of friends traveling together. In a 15-minute walk, enjoying a fantastic view over the Douro River and Ribeira, you will reach the famous Port Wine Cellars.

Beside a small park, you will find from local shops, pharmacy, bank, butcher, cafes, restaurants and even large commercial surfaces. The place is well lit and right in the center of Gaia. If you are visiting Porto, it is just 5 minutes from the center and historic area by metro. The apartment is also not far from the river, wine cellars and many other attractions around.

Gaia Cable Car is 2 km from Gaia Gardens Apartments, while Arrábida Shopping is 5 km away. The nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, 14 km from the property.

Conveniently located near the Jardim do Morro Metro Station, just a short walk away, offering easy access to Porto's city center. Bus lines are also available, making it simple to explore the region without a car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
