The living area is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable double sofa bed and a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, essential cookware, and cutlery for preparing meals, as well as a dining table for two, creating a welcoming space to relax and dine.

For your convenience, the property includes a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs efficiently.

The modern bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is located in the vibrant heart of Matosinhos, a lively area renowned for its blend of modern amenities and rich cultural heritage. Just a 10-minute walk from the stunning Matosinhos Beach, it offers easy access to a favourite destination for sunbathing, surfing, and enjoying the coastal charm of the region.

For food lovers, the area is a paradise. The iconic Confeitaria Santos, situated nearby, delights guests with European and Portuguese cuisine, providing an authentic taste of local culinary traditions. A short stroll will also take you to the renowned Lota de Matosinhos, the city’s bustling fish market, where fresh catches of the day are sold and celebrated. Around the Lota, a cluster of restaurants serves some of the best seafood in Portugal, offering dishes like grilled sardines, octopus rice, and salt-baked fish, all paired with excellent regional wines.

Cultural enthusiasts can explore the Tragédia do Mar Sculpture, a moving monument near the beach that honours the region’s deep maritime history and the lives of its fishermen. A visit to the Mercado de Matosinhos, a vibrant market brimming with fresh produce, flowers, and artisanal goods, adds another layer of authenticity to the experience. This market is a window into the daily life of locals and a great place to pick up unique souvenirs or ingredients for a home-cooked meal.

The property is well-connected by public transportation, with metro and bus services ensuring seamless travel to other parts of Matosinhos and the nearby city of Porto.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
