The open-concept layout effortlessly integrates the dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. It features a homely double bed with premium hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes, including an electric hob, a coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

The bathroom has fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience.

For your convenience, the studio is professionally cleaned before your arrival and is situated on the ground floor, offering easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Please note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before entering. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
