The apartment has its balcony (the balcony door has recently been replaced), where you can enjoy a glass of Port wine while watching the world go by. You will truly feel at home and like a local here.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed with crisp and clean linen are perfect for a well-rested sleep.

There are two separate bathrooms, each with its own shower. Towels and toiletries are also provided for your convenience.

A bright, homely living room with a double sleeper couch for two additional guests.

A well-equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances you may require to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal.

A dining area where you can enjoy a meal before exploring the city. There is a washing machine located within the apartment for your convenience.

You will also have WiFi, a TV, a hot water system, cookware, a dishwasher, a working desk, an air conditioner, and a fridge to complete your stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Cedofeita, Santo Ildefonso, Sé, Miragaia, São Nicolau and Vitória (aka Cedofeita) is a historical neighbourhood known for its quiet, narrow streets, small coffee shops and restaurants specialising in traditional Portuguese cuisine.

The area is very near to central of Porto and some of the major tourist sites (Clérigos, Crystal Palace, Allies, Ribeira, Gaia Oporto Wine Caves) are within a 20 minute walking distance. However, if you wish to learn more about Porto -- there are plenty of leaflets and information of all tours that might interest you.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Please note that paid parking is also available nearby.

The nearest metro station, Trindade, is just a 6-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
