Welcome to this spacious apartment, offering a cozy bedroom and a dedicated workroom, perfect for a productive or relaxing stay. The large layout includes two balconies, which are ideal for enjoying the outdoors and soaking up some sunshine. This blend of comfort and functionality makes it a great choice for work and leisure.

The spacious living room features a large sofa with two armchairs, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a floor-to-ceiling window with a door that leads to a furnished 20 sqm balcony, perfect for enjoying the panoramic view from the 5th floor.

The adjacent fully equipped kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and a balcony, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors and soak in the panoramic views.

The second room is thoughtfully designed to serve as an office space, complete with a spacious sofa and a well-designed working desk, creating an ideal environment for work or study.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Convenient parking is provided in the downstairs garage, equipped with two gates and a remote control system, ensuring a homely and secure experience for residents.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Oliveira do Douro is a charming neighbourhood in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, known for its scenic beauty and tranquil atmosphere. Surrounded by vineyards and the Douro River, it offers a peaceful escape from the city while conveniently close to amenities and attractions.

A hub of the port wine industry, Vila Nova de Gaia is peppered with cellars offering tours and tastings. It's also known for sandy beaches like Praia da Madalena and the scenic riverside road Cais de Gaia, with its cafe terraces and expansive views across the Douro. Small restaurants serve grilled fish and seafood in the old fishing village of Afurada, where picturesque tiled houses line narrow streets.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, João de Deus Metro, is just a 17-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
