Beautifully decorated and filled with natural light, the apartment features large windows that create a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Located on the second floor, the apartment is accessible by stairs only.

The open-plan living area provides a comfortable space to unwind, complete with a cozy sofa and flat-screen TV — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Porto.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, cookware, and essential utensils.

The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has one single bed and a trundle bed. Please note that the trundle bed has a narrow 75 cm-wide mattress. All beds are made with complimentary, hotel-quality linens to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

For your peace of mind and comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Boavista is a vibrant, creative district home to some of the city's most popular attractions: The Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a beautiful green space with a glass palace at its centre and a great view of the Douro river, while the Mercado Bom Sucesso is the perfect spot to have something to eat. With a variety of local and international cuisine, cafes and a supermarket. The stunning Casa da Música is a world-renowned concert hall and one of the most acoustically advanced in the world. It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year.

It is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Carolina Michaelis station and a 9-minute walk from Lapa station. This central location allows for easy access to public transportation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
