La habitación ha tenido una cama matrimonial muy amplia con colchon y almohadas cómodas, también ha tenido un sofá cama cómodo, cuenta con servicio de wifi de buena velocidad, con desayunador de 4 sillas, cocineta, cafetera, frigobar, caja fuerte, fregadero y utensilios de cocina, cuenta con un baño amplio, la decoración de la habitación es ideal y única muy placentera, el check in ha sido muy ágil y con una excelente atención, la ubicación ha sido super aceptable todo esta muy cerca caminando, a unos pasos de la Capilla de las almas, la estación São Bento, también esta cerca el Café Imperial, en fin todos los puntos turísticos a pie hemos llegado con mucha facilidad y rapidez, alojamiento que recomiendo mucho, he estado tres noches ahi.

Lovely area near many site seeing places. Lots of restaurants and bars. There's no parking but many nearby. I would go back there anytime I visit Porto.

The location is awesome and close to train and bus stations. Just beware that the floors are really creeky and loud so it's not a great choice for light sleepers.

This was a great spot. 10-15 min walk to the places we wanted to be. Felt very safe and the those who work there are very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay! Super central location, just a few mins from Sao Bento station. Staff were incredibly helpful and the room was great.

Nice room in good location but noisy floorboards!
Nice, spacious and clean room in the centre of Porto. The staff were friendly and the room was fully equiped with everything we needed (although we would have appreciated more than two coffee pods for a four day stay). The only downside was the noise from the appartment above ours. The wooden floorboards were so loud whenever anyone walked across the room that it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling! We were hoping for a relaxing city break but instead got woken up very early every morning by the upstairs neighbours. Overall would recommend but bring earplugs!

O hotel é muito bem decorado e os apartamentos são amplos e agradáveis. Por ser um apart-hotel, a recepção funciona até as 21:00 e só retorna as 9:00 da manhã do dia seguinte. Não tivemos problemas com entrada e saída. O problema foi o chuveiro quente que funciona por tambor de água e ela acaba bem rápido e demora a esquentar de novo. Para lavar o cabelo foi bem ruim e tive que enxaguar com agua gelada. Problemão pra gente que visitou Porto no inverno. O café da manhã é bem simples. Esperava mais pelo preço da diária, pois o suco não era natural e não tinha ovos mexidos. Como ficamos apenas uma noite, isso não foi um problema. No entanto, se fosse pernoitar mais vezes, eu com certeza investiria em um café no quarto, pois a cozinha é bem equipada e tem todos os utensílios para uma boa refeição. A localização é excelente. Dá pra fazer vários passeios a pé e ainda fica perto de vários atrativos e estações de metro e trem.

Great stay. The room was smaller than the photos, but spacious enough for 3 people. Desk staff was very nice; they are there only during the day. We received a lovely welcome gift of a small port bottle. It ended up being the best port we tried during our 5-day trip around the Douro. The bathroom and room were very clean. Cleaning staff only came every other day though. Breakfast had a good selection and excellent coffee. Note that the hotel is on the middle of a hill and the elevator has been out-of-service. It might be difficult for someone with accessibility issues to climb. The worst thing was the funky smell in the lobby, though noticeable even from our room on the 1st floor. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and we had a restful trip!

Delightful but get your lift permit!
The property has been open since April. The apartments are roomy, modern, comfortable and contain many amenities. (Fig, cooktop, dishes, silverware, self contained HVAC unit, etc.) While the property has been open since April they are still awaiting the permit to utilize the 'lift' in the facility. Hauling luggage up and down the stairs is a chore! The only other comment is to provide instructions for the HVAC unit. While having breakfast in the AM, I looked at the hand held device in the breakfast room, which allowed me to properly set the unit in our room.

The apartment was lovely and the staff were all very friendly. We received a welcome gift which was a really nice touch. Location was perfect right in the middle of everything. The only thing which let it down was that the ceiling was not very sound proof and if people were walking in the room above it was very loud. This was mostly in the mornings that it was a problem but was a good way of getting us up early to see the sights! Overall very good stay.
