So we ask for an estimated time of arrival to receive you personally, in your case there was no good communication and your reservation had no way to contact you. Hello Gail sorry about your experience First, let me tell you the we don't have reception because we are not hotel but tourist apartments and it's write in all platforms that information. The laundry facilities is in the building and the guest need to solicit that and i never receive any information about you requesting that facilitie. For the parque i send you a google maps link with the closes park , the streets are very well flagged where you can or can't park. Best regards
