'We came to Newport for the Newport Jazz Festivsl. I highly recommend this lovely apartment. Kelly was the most responsive and truly helpful host I have ever met!! The place was spotless. The linens were fresh, the bathroom and kitchen very clean, and the floors dust-free. The sofa was super comfortable for watching a movie at the end of the day. The home was also quiet and air-conditioned. We could not have been happier! '

The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad). 'Excellent location-just above a little cafe on Broadway- walkable to many shops & restaurants. Parking was easy and instructions provided by the management company were clear. Doors have a keypad so no keeping track of house keys required. The building is older & the floors are not level as often happens in old buildings. Be aware there are 19 very steep narrow stairs to get into this 3rd floor condo. 4 Bath towels were provided but hand towels for the bathrooms and wash cloths were not. If you...
