Guests break rules and that happens on all hosts - but the response from the host was amazing. They made sure to take care of it, respectfully communicate with the other guests, and deodorize and sanitize same day. Amazing company and great communication. 'The place is nicely decorated and has great amenities. Good place to stay if you're visiting Norfolk or Virginia Beach.However, the downstairs young neighbors slept during the day and party late at night making sleeping difficult. Other than that, it was perfect. Although the place was perfect in every way, a few suggestions if you're going to stay here. Bring coffee filters for the coffee maker.
