Thanks a lot for your nice words. And I agree with you for me the pool is also too cold in the winter months. Although some people find it great I think I am spoiled after almost 16 years in Dominica. We have a solar heating system for the pool on our Wishlist.

Thank you for your review. As for the WiFi I am sorry that you had to experience some difficulties. Our provider Digicel is updating their connection and indeed the connection was bad for some days. This is out of our hands. The WiFi we provide is free for our guests but we cannot guarantee 100% connection.

Thank you for taking the time for the review. Staff starts at 7am so could be they missed your calls sorry for that. As for sweetener this should have been in your room. Sugar is a challenge because we don't have the pre packed sugar on Island so we don't put in in the room for the ants but of course we should have respond to your requests. Thanks a again for letting us know

thanks for your kind words. As for the beaches I am sorry Dominica does not have white sands. The "lightest" sand beach you find at Purple Turtle / Hampstead and Mero beach.
