'The house was very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was beautiful. Communication with the host was easy. Just a perfect stay, would recommend this home to anyone.'

'Beautiful location!'

'It was cheap and clean, but had issues... The "smart TV" was stupid and didn't work, even after they tried to fix it and then didn't replace it like they said they would. HVAC didn't work. Lucky it was not too cold out. Told owners about the problems, didn't seem to matter. Was not offered any comp to make up for the issues. Would not stay here again.'

'Very clean the guest book on the coffee table had clear instructions for check-in and checkout procedures. The air-conditioning was on point and it was very quiet located in a nice neighborhood very much. Enjoyed the stay would stay again.'

'Place was clean and the lake view was nice. Everything went good.'

'Enjoyed our stay! Property is centrally located in a pleasant neighborhood. We loved the hot tub and found the beds to be comfortable. While we are not super fans, the Harry Potter motif and little details throughout the residence were fun to discover. Kitchen had all we needed throughout our stay. Saw wild turkeys on a walk through the neighborhood'

'This was a very family friendly place to stay, it was a last minute booking and the host communicated all the details on check in. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it to cook dinner which was really nice after our long trip was nice to sit down at a table and eat with the family'

'Easy check in process. Comfortable bed. It was really hot the day we stayed, but the AC worked great. Would have liked to have had an ottoman for the sofa, and black out curtains in the bedroom area as the outside lights are bright. Other than that, it was a nice apartment in a convenient location at a reasonable price. Would consider staying again in the future when traveling through the area.'

'Great property, clean and spacious'

'Check-in process was a tiny bit frustrating, but all in all, it was a great place to stay! They had everything we needed and it’s in a perfect location!'

'The property was pet friendly but there was not an immediate area that was good for pets to use the restroom. Luckily, there were parks nearby '

'Good location with reasonable walking distance to downtown and uptown stores. Very clean.'

'A great vacation spot! So easy to walk to all the downtown spots. Stephen was great with communication from the very beginning and help accommodate our changes we had with our trip. Highly recommend!'

'Deb and Damien were wonderful hosts, they thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need. Their place was spotless and had beautiful views of deers and turkeys and the lake. We would definitely return! Thank you!'

'Great location, quiet neighborhood, clean, easy..'

'Our stay in CdA for our country's Semiquincentennial birthday was wonderful. There was lots of room for our family of 5 plus our little dog. The location was great as well, just under a mile walk to downtown. We have zero complaints about the property except that a few of the doorknobs are seeing their age. The doorknob to the back patio came apart as we opened the door on our last full day there. I put it back together as best I could without a screwdriver at the time. The bathroom doorknobs...

'This was a perfect alternative to staying in a hotel. The price was similar but we had a full kitchen and lots of extra space. The host made the space feel homey and inviting. The towels were plush and the beds were super comfortable. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Next time we visit our daughter we will stay again.'

'We spent 2 nights. The room was ready when we arrived. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed was comfortable and AC was cold.'
