'We hardly had any pressure and hot water in the shower. They had no probleem to move us to another room, which was okay. Shower cabin is a bit small for large people. Great location, though, friendly staff, there was a fridge and even a microwave. Wouldn't mind going there again.'

The breakfast was not only amazing piping hot very good quality very big and was given service to the table. 'Vreselijk smerig onperrsoolijk hotel.de kamer was een horror film vloerbedenking vol vlekken gordijnen kapot aan de raam achterkant bed zo vreselijk vies schimmel in de badkamer. geen een dag bed opgemaakt. de schoonmaker kwam me 1 spuitfles 2x puffen in het toilet dat was de hele kamerschoonmaak goor onsmakelijk sompig ontbijt geen koffie etc te verkrijgen. wij hebben bij het buurhotel ontbeten op dat terras onze drankjes besteld het terras bij gable end te vies om op te zitten ga z maar door...

'I have stayed in many places and I can safely say this was one of my top three! Cozy clean super comfortable the surrounding ( the village) quaint and gorgeous friendly bar downstairs gave first drink on the house for guests the breakfast was delicious and homemade wonderful service bed unbelievably comfortable I could move in ! Honestly I wish I could give it 100 stars and more ! We will go back for sure … Christmas lights( sweet and tasteful) were a bonus as were the homemade eco friendly...

'The name of this hotel is somewhat misleading, it is in Norwich but not within the city limits. Even though everything is perfect, but of no fault of their own it is next to the FC Norwich Football stadium. It will b e quite congested when there is a game on.'

'We booked a delux double and boy was it value for money. Beautiful spacious room, giant,comfortable bed, 2armchairs,dressing table and to top that off French doors to a small balcony, overlooking the pier and sea front. Bathroom was also spacious with great shower and a large jacuzzi bath with a TV! (which was delightful). Evening meal was basic but tasty and good value for money. Definitely recommend and will come and stay again. '
