'The house was perfect for our group of ten. 2 min walk to the beach. Bedroom descriptions are off...should be 1 king in master upstairs, 1 queen upstairs, 1 queen downstairs with a twin, and 4th bedroom has 3 twins. It was still perfect for us. Tub in master bath does not work, hot water handle is disconnected. Back yard is like a jungle oasis...gorgeous. Light switches are difficult to navigate. Very good pots and pans. Even with the small quirks, the home was perfect for us.'

'It’s a beautiful house in a great location in that it is close to restaurants and Lips, which is where we were going. I didn’t look at first, which is my fault, but there is only street parking, which can be challenging. That being said, we were able to get parking relatively easy.'

'The VRBO was as cute and clean as advertised. The owner was quick to respond to an issue we had. We were in San Diego to see family and could prepare a couple of meals in the fully stocked kitchen. We felt safe in the neighborhood The only negative was the busy 4 lane street in front. However, it tells you that in the information and we knew it was a busy street. I would highly recommend Sand Dollar Villa and would stay there again.'
