'Location was great. Metro was literally steps from the front door. Convenient store, bakery and restaurants also close by. The only negative was no laundry in the apartment and no flexibility with check in our out times. Everything else met our needs. Host was very responsive and key code access was easy. '

'Apartment was ok. Aesthetics were nice enough but didn’t have things we needed.. like paper towels, detergent for washing machine, etc. only two hangers in the closet. Great coffee shop on the corner. But the playground a block away is overrun with gangs and drug dealers. We found an article about it and then witnessed it ourselves. Neighborhood did not feel safe. Would not come back with my family. '

'The property was as expected. Vanrays Management was openly hostile. They had a chip on their shoulder and a combative attitude about every one of our requests. Upon arrival, we had no towel larger than a hand towel and it took two days of arguing for them to send bath towels AND they still insisted we had bath towels and they had sent a second pair of bath towels. Our visit was 12 nights without them asking us if we needed fresh linens or towels. I've done business with HomeAway/VRBO for thirty...
