'주니어스튜디오스위트룸에서 2박했습니다. 침구와 방크기는 아주 만족스러웠으나 환기가 잘 되지 않는 통유리창이라 그런지 바닥에 먼지는 많은편이었습니다. 대욕장과 라운지가 너무나 만족스러웠고 그 두가지만으로도 재방문 할 의사가 충분합니다. 어메니티도 종류가 많고 퀄리티가 높으며 조식도 종류가 많고 맛도 좋습니다.'

'This is my best 2 nights stay in Sapporo, I got upgraded with higher levels and the room is clean and spacious (btw this hotel is the only one I noticed they have changed bed sheets and pillows cover for my 7 days family trip) and I was able to store my luggage 2 days before I checked in. Front desk is professional and friendly, btw I was able to do late check out cause wife wants to do some shopping thanks to IHG memberships. '

'Very pretty ground floor and excellent breakfast. However ironing service was difficult to arrange (and very expensive), roomservice was expensive (i.e. pizza was 50 Euros), room was outdated and using swimming pool was 25 Euros.'
