'少し早めにチェックインをしましたが、対応もスムーズで助かりました。 全て清潔感があり、駅やイオンが近く最高でした。大満足です。また北海道に行った際は必ず利用したいです。'

'숙소 앞에 쌓인 눈 하나만으로도 아이가 너무 좋아했습니다. 넓은 공간에 전자레인지, 세탁기와 세제 등 필요한 물건이 다 있고, 추운 겨울에도 온수가 아주 잘 나왔습니다. 다음에도 방문할 의사가 있습니다.'

'This place was our (group of 3) favorite during our travels to Hokkaido. It was much cozier than the pictures convey and the sauna was a welcome luxury after skiing and very snowy days. It was majestic to be able to walk to Ukimido Pagoda on a moody weather day, then come back to our cozy lodge. It was so helpful to have a washer/dryer and plenty of drying rack space near the heater. There were many good restaurants just 20 minutes from the lodge near the south side of the lake. '家族で宿泊しました。前日に届いたメールでキー解除はスムーズにできました。 施設は新しくはありませんでしたが、清掃が行き届いていておりとても過ごしやすかったです。キッチンには食器や電子レンジ、フライパンの他、調味料も多少あって今回は使用しませんでしたがちょっとした調理には便利だと思いました。 温泉は露天風呂もサウナもあり、ボディーソープなど備え付けはありましたがコンディショナーがなく、お部屋のバスルームあったアメニティの方が良かったので、次回宿泊の際はお部屋のをもっていこうかと思います。早朝の露天は最高でした。 お値段もリーズナブルで、好き嫌いの多かった家族がいたので決まった料金のバイキングよりも今回のようなスタイルの宿泊がベストだと思いました。また食事制限や、アレルギーのある方にもおすすめです。 '

'Great place to stay. Property is very spacious. Staff responded very quickly to my email enquiry. Only thing to note, there is only 1 aircon unit that is in the main lounge covering the whole property. Luckily the weather was not too hot and the bedrooms managed to remain at comfortable temperature. I can see it could be a problem if the weather gets hotter and the doors to the rooms are closed to keep the early morning light out. '

'周辺に公園などもあり良かったです。 きちんと清掃されていました。 建物の匂いが少し気になりました。 アメニティについては、部屋のお風呂にはコンディショナーしか用意されていませんでした。大浴場もシャンプーとボディソープだけだったので洗顔やクレンジングもあったら良かったと思います！'
