'I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

'Toilet was dirty when I first arrived. My kitchenette was missing a drawer. The shower had mold in the door. The sound of the highway right outside my window mixed with people slamming the stairway door at all hours of the night, and no black out curtains made it hard to sleep. The receptionist was no where to be seen for the first 10 minutes I was trying to check in. She was seen later smoking cigarettes and talking with guests instead of being at the desk. I asked for pots and pans but was...
