'We booked this property for 3 nights. It's a lovely unit and we have stayed at RG before and really liked it. We were there to spend 3 days hanging by the pool and relaxing. When we arrived and went to the pool, it was closed - there wasn't even water in it. I had specifically contacted them before we went, to confirm that the pool would be open, I was told it was. 'This is an absolutely impeachable, place. Tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed. Peaceful very warm and welcoming feeling. Right down town. ❤️ Perfect location. Would love to come back and stay a month. This is a special price for monthly Stay?'

'The room was very outdated. Had a bit of a musty smell. The windows were strange, they opened inwards and they were taped closed except for one. The screen needed to be cleaned. However the bathroom was very clean and bright and the bedding was also clean and fresh so for a place to crash for one night it will do.'

'The unit that my family rented was having renovations done on the outside. There was a lot of tools, wires, saw dust outside which was not safe for my little kids. I requested some type of remediation from Sierra Lane. They did move me to another unit that was not undergoing construction and Expedia was excellent in providing some compensation. I will definitely book with Expedia again!!'

'This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded.'

'Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down.'
