' The design and sense of detail in the hotel is beautiful. The bed is big and very comfortable, so was our room, it’s was very spacious. The pool looks very modern and clean. 'Everything was exceptionally great!!! Only cons were long waiting time at the elevators, but completely understandable at a 51 storey building. Kitchen was a little bit poor equipped. Just two knives, two forks, two spoons, etc.'

'Its a very new property and fantastic facilities, very nice rooms and very very new. The staff even though quite new, are very hospitable. The breakfast is great and the pool as well. Location is very very central and very close to the KLCC. We stayed in a 2 room configuration which was great, value for money as well and we were able to walk to the Convention hall within couple of minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. - Patrick'

'quick check inn service, warm, casual, personal and hospitable staff. large and neat rooms. I did not know much information or was not mentioned when checking. Like how you can reach reception? During your stay you can get free drinks like juice. that had been told by one of the permanent staff. Unfortunately! I didn't think breakfast was special. I didn't get much service and was pretty messy. no sugar or salt and pepper at the table. I have to ask one of the management members if I can get it....

'Appartment was very spacious. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and even 2 kitchens. Excellent view from the balcony on the Petronas towers. Nice infinity pool. Check-in a little confusing as reception in the lobby is not working for the tenant. No towels on the apartment so we needed to wait for that as well. Overall a good choice if you want something near the KLCC and the petronas towers and prefer an Appartment over a hotel. Price wise I think it was still good. '

'Top hotel, vriendelijk personeel, mooi zwembad en goede locatie! Ondanks dat het hotel best vol was is het een hele rustige omgeving en daardoor erg prettig. Klein minpuntje, het personeel bij de bar van het zwembad was iets te enthousiast met de verkoop van drank en zonder het te weten van elkaar. Hierdoor werd je dus te vaak door verschillende personeelsleden aangesproken.'

'Rooftop pool must be popular for couples and many taking photos from there. Check-in run by remote and reception facility is only a room with chair. Seems temporary facility and segmentalized person attending check in, There seem no secure luggage storage at reception area as not a hotel. also often the case with apartment style accommodation you will find many missing cutleries you wish to have. Close to the MRT station is good advantage for matured but facility suits for young couple. '
