We hadden Kingsize bed geboekt maar kregen Queensize. Omdat ruilen niet mogelijk was (zat vol), ontvingen we een forse korting op de prijs en champagne om het goed te maken. Achteraf viel het mee, de kamer was prachtig met zithoek en een heel grote badkamer. Als je niet in zo’n zakelijk keten-hotel wil verblijven en houdt van een luxe...

'I always frequent this hotel when visiting London and it was lovely as always only the fact that I had pre requested a late checkout cause my flight left at 9 pm an they had said ok then when I arrived the day before I was leaving I had received a note stating that the late check out was not possible and that i'll have to vacate at 12. After much discussion I was able to get a late checkout till 1 pm. Wasn't very convenient nor great since I am a frequent customer to this hotel.'

'Best location for a city trip to London. Many attractions within walking distance and tube, busses and railway nearby. Very spacious rooms (for London standards), clean and a (free) mini bar that is restocked every day.
Try to avoid breakfast around 9, as that is the busiest time an you might have to wait as the dining/breakfast room is quite small. '
