Pali Ke Kua 214 is een prachtig gerenoveerd appartement met granieten werkbladen, kersenhouten kasten, nieuw ontworpen badkamers en Berber-vloerbedekking in de woonkamer en slaapkamers. Deze renovatie werd voltooid december 2013.


Kom en geniet van een fantastisch uitzicht op Hideaways Beach, Hanalei Bay en Makana Mountain, ook bekend als Bali Hai, direct vanaf uw eigen Lanai, met de mooiste zonsondergangen het hele jaar door!


Ontspan, geniet en geniet van de natuurlijke schoonheid van de noordkust van Kauai. Dit is een geweldige plek om prachtige, onvergetelijke herinneringen aan uw huwelijksreis, familievakantie of die speciale vakantie te creëren!


Dit Pali Ke Kua appartement heeft een split-level plattegrond van 1200 vierkante voet, is een appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers met een klassiek tropisch en Hawaiiaans decor. De open plattegrond en gewelfd plafond bieden zeer ruime en comfortabele accommodaties voor u en uw gasten.


Voel de koele passaatwinden en hoor de branding breken terwijl je vol ontzag zit op het mooiste uitzicht vanuit je woonkamer, eetkamer en veranda.

The view from the wonderful lanai is spectacular, and we really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner out there. The bedroom downstairs has a very comfortable bed, and it stays nice and cool because of the ceiling fan and great cross-breezes. Kauai Vacation Rentals is great to work with, and we appreciated their prompt and helpful communication. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

It is a perfect place for what we wanted. We spent most of our time on the lanai. It was nice to watch our favorite basketball teams in the afternoon because of the time change. Our only disappointment was 214 wasn’t at our past level of cleanliness, we spent time cleaning.

We particularly enjoy the "million dollar view"! We could sit on the lanai and watch the waves, the sky and the changing light on the mountains. This time one of our group needed to drink decaf coffee, so we bought a Keurig coffee maker so we could make different types of coffee, one cup at a time. We left it in the condo as our gift to the owner. We hope other guests will enjoy it too.

There was no bath soap and only one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Wish we'd known this before checking in. Otherwise,

The View Never Gets Old

We always stay in the Pali Ke Kua complex. The grounds are well kept and the property is pretty quiet. The iconic view from unit #214 can’t be beat. After a late afternoon swim down at Hideaways Beach below the unit, we like to retreat to the lanai for a game of backgammon and a cold drink or two. Teams of paddlers often emerge from beyond the point during this time paddling multi-person canoes across the water just as the sun prepares to drop over the edge of the horizon. As the sun sets, the colors of the sky grow more and more vivid, bathing the mountains and ocean in the most dramatic light. It is quite the sight to behold and a memory that calls us to return again and again. The property management is also very professional, prompt, and easy to communicate with. The unit is as advertised with everything one might need for a comfortable stay on the north shore. (AC would be nice but, to my knowledge, none of the units at Pali Ke Kua offer it as the old-school, early 1970s buildings are not set up for it.)

During our weeklong vacation my sister broke her knee cap, and KVR accommodated our mishap by allowing us a much later checkout than we had. So I was nervous trying Kauai and not knowing what type of place we'd get. Turns out we struck gold on the first try. This is a great location and prices are reasonable. Two minor complaints: 1) beach access is relatively far away (our Maui location is literally on the beach, so hard to compete); and 2) it is TERRIBLY inconvenient to have us return the keys to the rental office as opposed to just leaving in the unit--when you're trying to rush out and catch a flight home, you're not wanting to run errands beforehand. Regardless, we'd return here.

We have also stayed in 2 other Pali Ke Kua units operated by KVR that face the ocean here, but this one has the best view. There is no A/C, but being from Florida, we find Hawaii to be much cooler anyway, sometimes even cold, but those from northern climes may have trouble with the temps, especially in summer. The beach access walkway has absolutely stunning views and the few people you come across down there on the beach make it somewhat surreal considering the normally crowded beaches elsewhere on the island. We will definitely be back.
