Each bedroom offers a Queen size bed and plenty of space to lay one's head after exploring the island. You will find a jack and Jill styled bathroom separating the two bedrooms. Each side of the bathroom offers its own vanity and toilet with a beautifully renovated full shower tub combo in the middle. In the hallways you'll find plenty of books for young and old, board games for all ages, and toys for the keiki (children). Climb the spiral staircase to the 3rd bedroom with exposed wood ceilings and a lovely view behind the queen-size bed. Upstairs you'll also find an en-suite bathroom for your use with a shower tub combo. Head out to the back lanai where you'll find plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sounds and trade winds of Kauai, as well as an outdoor dining area.

This home provides guests with beach gear, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, grill, outdoor shower, and access to a lovely green belt just behind the yard for you to play in or have an afternoon snack. Located centrally in Princeville, you are surrounded by things to do like a 5min drive to the Makai Gold Course, 5min to the Princeville Playground and the Princeville Shopping Center. CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservation cancellations, regardless of when they are made, are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee on the total amount before taxes. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time your reservation is booked.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, less the 3.5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.
