    De noordkust van Kauai is echt een tropisch paradijs!
    Neergestreken op de kliffen grenzend aan de adembenemende kust van Napali, en dicht bij de mooiste stranden ter wereld, zoals Hanalei is de privégemeenschap van Princeville.

    Ons appartement gaat helemaal over binnen / buiten wonen; Ontspan op onze grote Lanai met een prachtige achterkant van de beroemde Bali Hai, omgeven door weelderig terrein en een sprankelend zwembad / bubbelbad om op het terrein van te genieten.


    Onze Villa Aloha heeft een volledige keuken, 2 slaapkamers met kingsize bed en 2 volledige douchebaden. Prachtig ingerichte omgeving van graniet, travertijn en massief donker bamboe doorheen; meer dan 1000 m² woonruimte met gewelfde plafonds en flatscreen-tv's in elke kamer om van te genieten. Het is een mooi open gevoel om te ontspannen, tot rust te komen en alles te ontdekken wat Princeville aan de noordkust van Kauai te bieden heeft.

    Villa Tiki, is meer traditioneel Hawaiiaans geïnspireerd decor, met kingsize bed in master, en twee eenpersoonsbedden in loft (kan worden omgezet in een koning); heeft ook een volledige keuken, 2 volledige baden en lichte bamboe vloeren doorheen, groot Lanai met gedeeltelijk uitzicht op de bergen als het helder is ..

    Stranden, golf, wandelen, kajakken, paddle boarding, parken, surfen winkelen, restaurants, tours en waterverhuur zijn allemaal op loopafstand, op slechts een steenworp afstand in het Princeville Resort Center.
    Maak een wandeling naar Queens Bath, geheime stranden en zwem met zeeschildpadden of bekijk de Makai golfbaan van wereldklasse aan de overkant van de straat!

    Zin in een beetje verwennerij? Ontspan bij het bruisende zwembad of bubbelbad terwijl je BBQ, of ga direct de weg op naar het prachtige St Regis resort voor een massage en verblijf voor een zonsondergangcocktail met uitzicht op Bali Hi en Hanalei Bay.

    Dit is de perfecte situatie voor familie-evenementen, speciale evenementen, familie en vrienden om naast elkaar te verblijven in hetzelfde resort. :)

    We verbleven hier een maand en hadden een geweldige tijd. Het voelde als thuis. Het appartement was netjes, schoon en mooi ingericht met de perfecte hoeveelheid ruimte voor onze familie. We hebben veel gekookt, dus het was leuk om een goed uitgeruste keuken te hebben, evenals een wasmachine en droger. De locatie was ook perfect. Het ligt dicht genoeg bij de stranden, supermarkt en alle nodige voorzieningen. Het zwembad, de jacuzzi en de barbecueplaats zijn een geweldige bonus, vooral na een lange dag surfen of het paradijs verkennen. We zijn zeker van plan om terug te keren. De eigenaar is een plezier om mee om te gaan. Ze communiceerde goed en zorgde ervoor dat we comfortabel en gelukkig waren. Onze hele Kauai-ervaring was geweldig.

    Zo veel en veel goedkoper dan een hotel ... we hebben veel ruimte voor familie en een volledige keuken met alles voor de deur.

Place was cute and the perfect location. Mini split AC was very nice. Loft was perfect for our boys and the boys having their own en suite was so necessary. I loved the primary shower and the bed was comfortable. A light throw blanket would have been nice and a few more beach towels. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Good but not great

We loved and always love our stay on princeville. It’s in a prime location and Mari was extraordinarily helpful. The beds are super comfy, the shower was hot and the condo was entirely functional (aside from the dryer) That said there is LOT to improve the quality of this condo. The lanai is super dirty, the pool equipment was rusty and filthy - we didn’t use it. Both bedroom are in good shape, while some of the drawers don’t open or have bottoms. The refrigerator is 30 years old but works well enough, but knocks. The dryer didn’t work when we arrived, but was fixed. The appliances are old, the doors are off track on the pantry, the screen door to the entry is ripped.While we’ve stayed in princeville 3 times, and all the condos are dated, this one needed attention. We likely wouldn’t stay here again due to the lack of TLC.TLDR: this condo is old but comfortable, there are better quality condos for the same price in the same area. The host is lovely.

Excellent location with easy access to Haena via shuttle, Hanalei for shopping and dining, and lots of beautiful nearby beaches with INCREDIBLE snorkeling. The condo was a bit dated but was clean and well-stocked with just about anything you might need for a longer stay. The patio was expansive and great for coffee/breakfast in the morning and winding down in the evening. The host was attentive, checked in with us regularly, and responded quickly to inquiries. My only complaint (and it's minor because we spent little time inside during our stay) was the air conditioning/windows. The condo does not have central air. Instead, 2 portable units have been installed which were insufficient to maintain a comfortable temperature in the condo during the heat of the day. This situation was not helped by the fact that a couple of the louvered windows were damaged and couldn't be closed. We stayed in May so we just opened all the windows when we got back in the evening and it was cool enough outside to make the place comfortable reasonably quickly. The complex has a great little pool which stayed at a perfect temperature, and a fantastic (actually HOT) hot tub which helped sooth our aches after hiking, along with a couple of gas grills for community use. We would definitely stay again.

Very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Close to Hanalei Bay, about a 10 minute drive to the beach. A lot to explore in the area from the paved multipurpose trail in the neighborhood to multiple beaches (all with their own style) within a 20 minute drive. Perfect for anyone who likes to be away from the bustle but still have access to everything.

Beautiful location

Our family rented this condo for the past week and it was wonderful! The location was perfect, the condo was perfectly set up for our family of 4. We ate our dinners on the lanai....amazing memories were made here! The condo was well stocked and the owner was extremely helpful and nice!! I definitely recommend this rental!!

Great property and location

We spent a month in this condo- just LOVED the location! There were 2 of us for 2 weeks and 5 of us for 2 weeks. The communication with the host was excellent- she responded to us whenever we needed. We thought the futon in the living room would accommodate an adult but it didn’t. Our 5th guest had to sleep on the couch but we made it work. We really enjoyed the condo - it had wonderful outdoor space on the porch. There was snorkel equipment and beach accessories like boogie board and mats and cooler. There was a washer and dryer which was very convenient- they weren’t working when we first arrived but the host had it replaced and gave us clean towels and linens when we needed them. The master bedroom was spacious and the loft was also a nice space with a great second bathroom. The only problem we had was with the apartment next door which is a studio- the sound insulation needs to be improved. We were able to hear their TV at times. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub on property along with the 2 big Weber grills. We had a wonderful month there and hope to return. Marie could not have been nicer or more accommodating to our needs.

Fantastic place!

The apartment was just as it was described. Kitchen fully equipped even though we didn't cook that much. The beach equipment, chairs, small cooler... was a plus. We enjoyed our stay very much, sorry that it was short but hopefully we will return. We strongly recommend this property. Dealing with Marie was a pleasure, helped us every step. Thank you very much.

good location, good value

Overall good experience. The owner is exceptionally attentive to her guests' needs and answers all inquiries promptly. The condo is funkily furnished but is roomy, has comfy beds, and a nice outside porch where we ate all our meals. The pool area is immaculate and has a hot tub and two nice grills for barbecue needs. Beach chairs, a boogie board and snorkel equipment are a plus. Lots of walking trails and a great library you can walk to. A couple of beaches nearby but most others need a car to access.

The perfect escape

The condo was full of delightful little details and very comfortable overall. Our daughter loved the loft and the peaceful shower in the there. The property has amazing trees all the kids love to climb and my daughter was mesmerized by them. What an experience. My husband spent most evenings sitting by the lanai and reading. The best beaches are a few minutes drive away and we alternated between beaches and pool every day many times. Overall it is a very lovely place to stay and close to everything. The whole Princeville area is peaceful and beautiful. I would recommend this condo and Jan was very responsive and helpful.

Perfection!

I can’t say enough good words about the place and the owner. The rental was clean, everything was functioning without issue, as advertised without any surprises, the location was beautiful and the owner was so easy to deal with and responsive before and after we left. If your going Kauai, I highly recommend!!!!!!

Perfect!

My husband and I had an amazing time celebrating our fifth wedding anniversary! Jan was wonderful and her place was perfect. It is in a great location and was exceptionally clean. Jan was easy to reach and always responded quickly. She gave us great tips and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Perfect location, clean, adorable place for solo vacationer

Tiki Villa was perfect to suit my needs on a recent 10 day solo vacation to Kauai. The location is great - close to nearby shops & restaurants and very safe/comfortable for me. Inside the villa, my back/neck issues were a non-issue due to the awesome pillows and mattress. The kitchen had everything I could need and more. Jan was phenomenally communicative and made sure I enjoyed my trip - before, during AND after my stay. I will definitely be returning for another visit to Kauai - and would select the same place to stay time and time again! Mahalo!

Wonderful condo with aloha spirit!

We recently stayed at Villa Tiki during our vacation with our two children. It was a very comfortable place to return to at the end of a day exploring and spending the day at the beach; well-stocked with beach equipment, games that we played on a rainy day, and kitchen equipment so we could prepare some of our meals at home. The complex has a nice pool and is in a great location in Princeville. The owner, Jan, is super responsive to text/messaging and was friendly and helpful in answering questions from before we booked the condo to after we had checked out, even calling personally when we were visiting during the hurricane watch to ensure we were safe and knew what to do in the condo to prepare. Mahalo for your hospitality, Jan—we very much enjoyed our stay here!
