Luxe ruime woning; Loop naar het strand, golfen en restaurants

Hale Ohana is een open concept huis met een grote woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken met ontbijtbar om van te genieten. Met plafondventilatoren en Hawaiiaanse lamellen in elke kamer kunt u genieten van de koele passaatwinden. Granieten werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten heten u welkom. De keuken heeft alles wat u nodig heeft, waaronder een Keurig-koffiezetapparaat en een conventioneel koffiezetapparaat, zodat u kunt genieten van lokale Hawaiiaanse koffie. Hale Ohana is prachtig. Het is een 4 slaapkamers / 4 badkamers met 3 slaapkamers met eigen badkamer en biedt u veel privacy bij het reizen met familie en vrienden. 2 slaapkamers zijn meesters met inloopkasten. Er is een aparte douche en een bubbelbad in de belangrijkste meester bad boven gelegen. Alle douches zijn gemaakt van prachtig natuurlijk gesteente. Ons huis is kindvriendelijk.
Na alle tijd die u hebt besteed aan het plannen van uw vakantie, wilt u een huis dat aan zijn verwachtingen voldoet. Nou dit is het dan. Toen we ervoor kozen om van ons Hawaiiaanse huis een vakantiewoning te maken, hebben we klanttevredenheid onze hoogste prioriteit gemaakt en onze beoordelingen weerspiegelen dat. Er is veel aandacht voor detail, zodat u kunt ontspannen en genieten van de levensstijl van het eiland. Ons huis heeft een tropische tuin met een grote Lanai met gestempeld beton, bewerkte houten palen, roestvrijstalen BBQ en plafondventilatoren met een grote zithoek voor entertainment en barbecuen. De bamboe buitendouche is erg privé als je liever buiten een douche neemt of gewoon afspoelt na een dag op het strand.
We hebben genoeg spullen voor het strand. Het is een korte wandeling naar het strand van Anini en 5 minuten naar restaurants, bars en winkels. Er is een North Shore-shuttlebus die u naar Hanalei en alle stranden aan de noordkust brengt. Natuurlijk kunt u 5 minuten rijden naar het beroemde strand van Hanalei Bay, waar u uw auto direct op het zand kunt rijden; met je koelbox en stoelen klaar voor gebruik! We zijn naast twee geweldige golfbanen. De gerenommeerde Makai golfbaan staat in de top 100 van het land. De Prince-baan is door golfmagazine 2012 beoordeeld als # 1 en # 22 van de grootste golfbanen in de natie. Als je kleintjes hebt (zoals wij) is Prince Albert park een korte wandeling. Het biedt een geweldige speelruimte voor alle leeftijden. U kunt in het huis pingpong, tafelvoetbal en darts spelen. Als u op zoek bent naar minder dan 4 nachten, kunt u me e-mailen en kan ik een uitzondering maken.

Incredible home and host. 8 of us stayed here for 10 days and everyone loved the accommodations. Well equipped from the kitchen to the game room and beach supplies. Dedicated bathrooms for each bedroom was a huge perk. Pool and hot tub were a favorite for all of us. Location is fantastic - walking distance to Princeville shopping center, quick drive to Hanalei and many other prime Kaua’i destinations. Brandy was responsive and extremely helpful. Highly recommend and we hope to come back some day!

Fantastic Princeville Stay

Our family loved our stay here. The house was clean, well-stocked, and allowed us enough space to spread out and relax. We came from a resort in Oahu, and the kids loved playing in the pool. There were plenty of fans to keep the house cool and comfortable. Check-in instructions were easy, and response times were speedy. I highly recommend!

Piece of Paradise in Princeville

The home comfortably fit my three teenage boys, husband and two grandparents. It was in a great location with easy access to the esentials, beaches and hiking. The kitchen had the equipment we needed so we could male great meals at home. My boys loved the pool, ping pong, the bikes and all the extra beach supplies. The communication from the host was perfect as well. We loved our stay!

Perfect place to gather our family & reconnect

We are a family of 7 (2 older parents in their 60's and 5 "kids & spounses" in their 30's) who LOVED our VRBO. Can't say enough about the place! The spacious was open and inviting - AWESOME - pool/hottub was used daily for early morning dips, post-hike relaxing, rainy day fun & evening cool-offs. We ate outside every day on the lovely covered patio. Loved being able to walk to the disc-golf course (almost daily) and the grocery store. We have a lot of runners in the group who loved the daily runs on the nearby multi-use trail. We used the bikes, the surfboards, the boogie boards, beach chairs & cooler - the ownders of this place thought of everything & we took advantage of it! The upstairs gets warm & uncomfortable in the evenings - but we discovered the "2nd floor fan system" which worked GREAT to cool off the upstairs quickly before bed. Beautiful place - excellent location. Owner was quick to respond to questions. The week went WAY too quickly.

Kauai getaway

Property was just fantastic and in such a quiet and nice neighborhood. Property was well maintained, clean and neat, kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and utensils you could need. Beach gear was available as well which was so convenient. Best of all the communication with our host was top notch. As a family/extended family on the island for a wedding, we really couldn't ask for a better location and property to relax at when the daily events and tours we done. 5 stars for sure!

Fantastic Family House in Princeville

This is an amazing house in a quiet residential neighborhood for our family of 7 adults and two young children. Kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and outdoor areas were spacious. With a 15 minute drive to Hanalei Bay, the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, mats, beach towels, and boogie and surf boards were well-used. While at home, the ping-pong table, pool, and hot tub were popular spots. Restaurants and grocery store within easy walking distance, as well as a great playground and walking path nearby. The host promptly responded to all contacts, but nothing was needed after check-in. Thank you so much!

Perfect Kauai Base Camp

This home has it all and was the best spot for sightseeing and adventuring on Kauai! Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allowed our group some privacy in addition to welcoming areas to gather. We cooked almost every meal during our 10-day stay and found the kitchen spacious enough for multiple cooks plus well-stocked with cooking essentials! Outdoor eating in the gorgeous backyard was preferred but we enjoyed a few meals inside as well. The absolute favorite area for happy hours and relaxing was by the pool/hot tub and stunning waterfall...also loved the water feature lights at night and early morning! We would highly recommend this quiet neighborhood rental to families, friends or couples!

Had a lovely week long stay with our family of ten (four kids). Very clean and the amenities were great. We especially appreciated the variety of beach equipment available, boogie boards, chairs for ten, umbrellas, floats, and beach towels. Frankly, this probably saved us several hundred dollars in additional expenses, had we rented this equipment. The kitchen was well set up and stocked. The pool and hot tub were lovely.

Great Family Vacation

Our family of nine (Stan Fam 9), had so much fun during our stay at this beautiful property. The house is laid out very well and has everything a vacationer could possibly want and/or need during a trip. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and with lush flowering trees and beautiful mountains in the background. During our stay, we snorkeled at many different beaches (Tunnels was a favorite), drove through Waimea Canyon State Park, spent a day deep sea fishing and enjoyed great food at many different restaurants. On of our favorite evenings was when we went to the Kalamaku Luau show. It was such a great show with great food, and we really enjoyed the local craft booths before the show. Back to your house though. Simply put, your house is beautiful and located close to many desirable restaurants, shopping places to visit. We really loved the hot tub and pool after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. We can't wait to come back and stay at your property!
