U zult genieten van het uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf Puamana 16B. Zit in de schaduw van de gemeubileerde Lanai en geniet van vrij uitzicht op de oceaan over een hoek van de golfbaan. Loop in slechts 8 minuten naar het strand van Anini. Wandel over de kleine voetbrug naar het Westin en vind een Starbucks, een kleine supermarkt en eetgelegenheden. Het winkelcentrum Princeville - met zijn vele winkel- en eetgelegenheden zoals een supermarkt en een wijnwinkel - ligt op slechts 1,5 km afstand, ofwel een korte rit of een aangename wandeling van 15 minuten. U zult genieten van het uitzicht op de oceaan, de bergen en de golfbaan vanuit Puamana, en er is ook een zwembad. De schilderachtige stranden van de noordkust van Kauai liggen op slechts enkele minuten liggen op het warme witte zand van Hanalei Bay in 10 minuten!

Dit comfortabele, ruime appartement biedt twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers op twee verdiepingen. Boven is een grote zolder met een kingsize bed en een complete badkamer met bad en douche. Beneden vindt u een verbeterde keuken met granieten werkbladen die open staat voor de eet- en woonruimtes. Eettafel biedt plaats aan 4 personen, en er is extra zitplaats voor twee meer op het schiereiland van de keuken. De woonkamer is comfortabel ingericht en voorzien van een flatscreen televisie met kabel. Gratis wifi is ook aanwezig. Ook op de benedenverdieping is de hoofdslaapkamer met groot bed en de hoofdbadkamer met bad en douche. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere strandhanddoeken en parasol.

OVER PUAMANA: Gasten kunnen genieten van een wandeling van 2 minuten naar het Westin Resort met zijn Starbucks, bar, restaurants en wijnproeverijen. Deze Kauai vakantieverhuur condos zijn comfortabel en ruim, met prive veranda, volledige keukens en grote lofts boven samen met vele upgrades en charmante persoonlijke accenten. Gratis parkeren is vrij dicht bij uw deur beschikbaar (één gereserveerde ruimte per eenheid).

Over Anini Beach: Anini is het langste en breedste rif op de Hawaiiaanse eilanden en vanwege de unieke omstandigheden heeft het strand meestal goed beschermde wateren en enkele van de meest consistent goede omstandigheden voor veilige wateractiviteiten. Er is geen badmeester op Anini Beach geplaatst, maar het wordt nog steeds beschouwd als een van de veiligere stranden aan de noordkust van Kauai. Over het algemeen kunnen bezoekers op Anini Beach genieten van snorkelen, strandwandelingen, picknicken, paddleboarden en windsurfen. Pros: Location is great.Beautiful ocean view. They provide beach umbrella, cooler, boogie board, beach towels, etc Plenty of fans in each room which is nice bc it gets hot in there. Plenty of dishes. Cons:Ants in every part of the kitchen. I’ve stayed on the north shore and the south shore and never dealt with this. Lots of thick comforters but no lightweight bedding. We got very warm at night. No sheets for the sofa bed. Furniture was much too big for the space. It felt cramped and hard to get around the main living area. Neither a pro nor a con: the neighbor on the west side is not a fan of nonresidents. You’ll also need to be ok with hearing them shoot at the birds with an air gun in the morning.

Just okay

We come to Kauai every year and have stayed in different places in Princeville. This was just okay. The view is amazing, but the neighbor is out on the balcony constantly smoking, so unless you are also a smoker, you really can’t go out and enjoy the balcony. The non air conditioning was tolerable, there are a lot of fans. The whole condo is kind of dark, the living room doesn’t have overhead lighting or lamps. Several burned out bulbs in other rooms. The sheet on the pull out couch was dirty. The screen on the window in the loft fell out upon us opening the window for the first time, so we had to keep it closed. There was no parking pass when we arrived and management didn’t respond for a day, but we are still ending the trip with no pass. Fortunately there is plenty of non-resident parking. Lots of beach equipment available in the condo including a small cooler, beach wagon, boogie boards, 8 chairs, tons of sand toys. The washer and dryer are extremely small, they can only fit 2-3 towels at a time. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook in the condo. We enjoyed the easy walk out onto the cliff to watch the sunset every night. We will probably skip this place next time.

Beautiful view, good for families

The space was great for a family, and the home very well-equipped - pretty much everyrhing we needed was on-site. Yes, theres no ac and it gets a little warm, but there are plenty of fans and that with a good cross-breeze helps. The downstairs furniture is a little large and we had to rearrange a bit to accommodate a wheelchair, but it worked very well for our family. Great view to wake up to and end the evening with every day.

Construction Zone! We should have been notified!

The condo itself was just like the pictures…however, we should have been informed that it was a construction zone! The walkway was completely dug up and we had to walk over an unsafe board to get to the unit. It was noisy and there was lots of construction equipment and debris around the unit. If notified of the construction we would have stayed some where else!

Great princeville condo

Princeville condo was a convenient north shore location for various activities including a short walk to the princeville Haena hiking shuttle. Great space for our family and nice porch. One issue at check in the rental co dealt with quickly. Would stay again!

Paradise Found

The location of the Condo in Princeville is perfect, restaurants and groceey store. The views from your balcony are gorgeous. Small hime down a tree covered trail and you are at your own private beach for swimming and snorkeling you can see fish and turtles. You are just minutes away from Hanalei which has one of most beautiful beaches to relax on, swim and boogie board. There is tons of shopping, and restaurants in Hanalei.

Perfect place!

This place was hands down the best property!! From the location to every detail in the home we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We loved all the extra items this place had on hand like the ice chest, beach wagon, sun umbrella, rain umbrellla, beach towels, beach chairs…. The list goes on. Kauai is our new favorite island and I will always stay at this place! The absolute best!

Decent stay, but would look elsewhere next time...

The unit is nicely updated, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. As others have mentioned, it does get very warm in the unit, and even with fans going it doesn't cool down until well after dark. We were very aware of no A/C as mentioned in the listing, but were still a little surprised at how hot it got upstairs. Our issue was that the fridge didn't work properly upon our arrival and there was little assistance/concern from the management company. They were slow to respond or just didn't respond, and then never followed up to make sure it was properly working or to let us know it had been fixed. We went two days without a working fridge, so the food we bought went bad. We planned to eat in to save some money. When we mentioned having to throw out food, all we got was an, "oh sorry". Also, the water/ice dispensers and ice maker were disconnected. I would not rent this unit unless you have been assured that the fridge has been replaced, as I saw a previous review also mention issues.

Best apartment ever!

We loved our stay. The condo was in a lovely area on the best part of the island. The space was perfect for lounging and cooking, especially with that gorgeous view! Both bedrooms were very private and it was a very nice place to spend the week!

We had issues with the refrigerator. Maintenance came and said it was fixed but it wasn’t. Never made ice so we kept buying it. Also the back lanai could have been more pleasant but the wire try to keep the birds out was ripped so they were there all the time making nests. Reported an issue with one window but never got a response. The location was great. I would recommend this complex.

Awesome condo

We stayed at this property for almost two weeks. Everything was just great . Let me start with the view . It was amazing! We saw whales from our balcony! The entire condo was stocked really good. We had plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen was also fully stocked. We had such a good experience! We will definitely be back again. I was pleasantly surprised that management called us to make sure we got the code to get in before we even got there and checked with us again after we arrived. I really appreciated that. Yes, there was a construction going on , but it didn’t bother us much.

The inside is so new and decorated nicely. Great view on a golf course and a short walk to a secluded beach. Also close to Anini beach, a world class snorkeling location. Only problem was construction nearby.

Perfect location and perfect views

This condo was conveniently located near grocery and shops to stock up on anything you need for the trip. 10-15 mins from Hanalei and Tunnels with stunning views. Check in and out process was easy. Condo was stocked with all the beach essentials, towels, kitchen appliances, etc you would need. The condo is situated on beautiful golf course with ocean views for sunrise and sunsets! Highly recommend to others.

Nice place close to beaches, Princeville, and Hanalei

Stayed here with my wife and toddler and this place was perfect. It has a great view over the golf course. It is also close to groceries and shops in Princeville, or Hanalei if you're looking for a bit more variety. There's a walkable beach as well as many more that are a short drive away.

Clean, updated, and well-stocked

Puamana 16B was great for our crew of four. The unit is very professionally managed and is a standout rental in terms of being well-stocked with essentials. The array of beach gear was a huge plus and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The unit isn't large, but it was more than enough space for our family of four. As other reviewers have noted, the only downsides might be 1) the lack of AC—although we managed just fine during a pretty warm week. There are plenty on box fans, and with managing open/closed windows we stayed comfortable enough. 2) The smoker next door was a little annoying, but not nearly as bad as other reviewers seemed to indicate. The view from the lanai is spectacular and more than enough to make up for a periodic waft of smoke. Overall we thought the place was a solid rental.

Beautiful property but with smoker next-door.

I wish I could give a solid five stars. Because the property was beautiful, beautiful location, property management was easy to work with. However, the homeowner next-door is a chronic smoker. Smokes on the lanai daily. Even though this is against the rules within the community as it is within the state of Hawaii. There is no point in reaching out to property management about this issue if you stay at this location. They can’t stop him from smoking. That said, we just dealt with the problem by ignoring it, or getting away from the lanai when he was smoking. Overall, even with this lame smoker, it was an enjoyable experience.
