Vind je ideale hotel in Proctor

'I got checked in no running water at all room i way way outdated went to call front desk and no phone, the line to phone was cut in half the sinks were so cloged and gross and list goes on wouldn't recommend to anyone. '

'The only elevator was out of service so was ice maker on first floor. Only ice on third floor. Room needs upgrades. Toilets too low tile cracking. Cushion on bench peeling and small tv. Was clean and the was very helpful and nice.'

'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...

'This motel is in a great location for walking around Bryson City. The staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful. Our room was good with enough space to move around and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was relatively updated but kind of small and I can't imagine a larger person being able to get into the shower. And there was no way to just have the light on without the noisy fan. All in all though it was a good affordable place to stay while we explored the area.'

'We had a wonderful and relaxing time here. This b&b is tucked away from the hustle of town while still being conveniently located. The grounds are lovely to walk around, and we enjoyed seeing the various animals that live nearby. Toni is a wonderful host to the guests and really made all the difference in our stay. 'Everything seemed on the cheap. Breakfast was put out in small amounts every day we had to ask for something, no pool towels, no cleaning until after 5, no replacement on towels, sheets were so thin I thought the pillow cases weren't on. Toilet wobbled like it wasn't set properly same with sink. The room was very clean, but walkways and common areas weren't.'
