Zakenhotels in Prosperidad

'It says “5-star hotel,” but neither the hotel itself nor the service was anywhere near 5-star quality. There was a lady at the front desk who was extremely unhelpful. She kept sighing loudly and seemed annoyed because she had to repeat the same sentence. I honestly don’t understand how someone with that attitude can be working in customer service, especially in a supposed 5-star hotel. On top of that, they charge an extra fee just for checking in one hour early, with absolutely no discussion...
