    Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of Grace Bay! This cozy and charming villa is perfect for couples, small families, or a group of friends looking to relax and enjoy all that Providenciales has to offer. While we can accommodate up to 5 guests, the space is best suited for groups of 4 or fewer to ensure maximum comfort. We do not allow any type of parties.

    We’re ideally located within walking distance (approximately 15 minutes) or a quick 2-minute drive to the world-famous Grace Bay Beach, as well as top-rated restaurants, shopping, and the local supermarket.

    You’ll have your private side of our duplex villa, including:
    • A screened-in dining porch
    • A private pool area complete with your own lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, and BBQ grill

    We live on the property but fully respect our guests’ privacy—we do not use the pool area during your stay.

So happy that we chose to stay in this house! Super clean, full equipped, with an adorable swimming pool, a great location and BEAUTIFUL! The host is also very professional and communicative. I recommend this place 100%

We really enjoyed our time at the villa. It’s spacious, beautifully decorated and in close proximity to the shops and restaurants. Fay is very sweet, accommodating and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated that she had everything we need to spend the day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear). We also loved that the pool area was only for our use while there so our daughter enjoyed swimming out there. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Grace bay. I do recommend renting a car while there so you can explore surrounding areas as well as go grocery shopping to minimize expenses. We cooked breakfast every morning and went out to eat for lunch and/or dinner.

Great location to access many beaches and restaurants. Quiet location, facilities fit our expectations and responses were timely to our questions.

This is our third time at this residence. We met Fay and she was a wonderful hostess and our accommodations were clean, well located to the center of the Grace bay. We look forward to our next visit.

Fay is a lovely host and very welcoming. She respects privacy yet is fairly responsive to messages. The accommodations and amenities are reasonably well maintained and she has thought of most things one would want. We’d recommend renting a car as it’s a fair walk to the beach carrying all the “ things”. Great location with grocery store, beaches, and restaurants close by.

The accommodations were very accurate with listing. The place suited our needs perfectly, family of 4. 2 bathrooms was key with 2 young adults traveling w/. Location was great, not a far walk to beach, nice neighborhood, lush surroundings, had all essentials for beach. Interior was spacious, cozy, all necessary kitchen utensils, bedrooms and baths comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the privacy of the back area with a small pool, plenty of relaxing area in the morning with coffee and evening after the beach. We took advantage of the use of the grill as we did a lot of indoor meals. Fay was very pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend.

Fay was an amazing host. Very responsive and easy to work with. We walked to most places- restaurants and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable everywhere. Fay provided a little extras that were very helpful - beach chairs, towels and a good sized cooler. Plenty of space for my husband, myself and 3 college aged children. Really hope to come back one day and for sure would stay at this house again.

Perfect! Ms. Fay was an excellent host . The rental was unbelievably gorgeous and the pool in the back was splendid just the perfect size to relax and get some sun or enjoy a nice little swim. I would definently recommend the Fleur de Mer Villa Gracebay!

Lovely and comfortable villa!

We really enjoyed the pool, which was well maintained. The AC was fine, we grilled a lot outside, and the place was clean and well appointed. It was very close to Grace Bay beach which is just glorious. Thank you Fay for your hospitality.

Great experience..far exceeded our expectations.

The property was perfect. The location was fantastic and had all the necessities to make our stay wonderful. Fay was responsive from the initial inquiry all the way through our entire stay! I recommend this property and host! A rental car is recommended.

Great value in T & C

Perfect place to stay for two couples. We had more than enough space, and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and they were in better condition than in most rentals. The beach chairs were very convenient to have, and they were comfortable! We'd definitely stay here again, and we thought we got a lot of value for the price, especially in T & C.
