Brise de Mer (wat zich vertaalt in zeewind) is een coole, eigentijdse en slimme combinatie van accommodaties in het zuiden van Providenciales die voor elk wat wils hebben. Grote familiegroepen van meerdere generaties bieden volop mogelijkheden van de in totaal zes slaapkamers die Brise de Mer te bieden heeft, terwijl een familie of een groep vrienden de villa met vier bedden kan nemen, zich niet bewust van de gastvilla ernaast.

Wat ze gemeen hebben, zijn grote, ruime, open woonruimtes, fantastische zwembaden, kenmerkende uitzichten over Turks- en Caicoseilanden en een strand op slechts een steenworp afstand. Brise de Mer Beach Villas hebben echt alles.

Brise de Mer is eigenlijk twee villa's, die gezamenlijk of afzonderlijk kunnen worden gehuurd. Ze vormen een luxe accommodatie aan het strand met overal een ononderbroken uitzicht op de oceaan. Gecombineerd, de twee villa's hebben een totaal van zes royale en spaciou s slaapkamers met uitzicht op twee oneindige zwembaden, compleet met buitendouches, volledig uitgeruste keukens, gewelfde plafonds, binnen en buiten dineren, en een semi-prive-strand.

Het ontwerp van de villa's vormt een aanvulling op en mengt zich met de omgeving van Brise de Mer, die de kenmerkende witte zandstranden en glinsterende enkel diep turquoise water zijn.

Zoals het een luxueuze lay-out en privéomgeving betaamt, biedt Brise de Mer een adembenemend uitzicht over de ongerepte zuidelijke oevers.

PLAATS:
De villa ligt aan Long Bay Beach, door Conde Nast uitgeroepen tot een van de top 10 beste eilandstranden ter wereld. Het strand is de perfecte locatie om te ontspannen; voor de meer energieke, watersporten zoals kiteboarden, kajakken en zeilen worden aangeboden. Wat u ook kiest, The Shore Club ligt op 15 minuten wandelen langs het strand van de villa, met een verscheidenheid aan bars en eetgelegenheden.

Gasten van Brise de Mer hebben keuze te over. Alsof Long Bay beach niet genoeg was, ligt de wereldberoemde Grace Bay op minder dan drie kilometer afstand, met een scala aan luxe restaurants, bars en winkels om de meest veeleisende bezoeker te verleiden.

Als retailtherapie niet in de smaak valt, en golf je tas is, is de Providenciales-baan een korte 2,5 mijl rijden, of je kunt verleid worden door de jachthaven van Blue Haven, iets verder (4 mijl) langs de kust.

Elk van de villa's van Brise de Mer beschikt over een eigen terras en een zwembad, dat naadloos kan worden omgezet in een gemeenschappelijke buitenruimte voor grotere partijen. Alle slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer en zijn uitgerust met alle luxe 'basics': airconditioning, tv's, luxe beddengoed, badhanddoeken en toiletartikelen.

Family vacation

Lovely family vacation with our two children 9 & 7. We enjoyed kayaking daily with the kayaks provided and swimming out in the water that was just a few steps from the house. Great vendors on the beach to provide any water sports rentals you might need as well.

Absolute perfection!

This was out first time to T&C, and we were not familiar with the island. After exploring the entire island, we concluded that this house was ideally located! It was private but did not fee isolated. Quick drive to other beaches/locations for snorkeling, walking, swimming, tubing, etc. Close to two grocery stores and all of the island's best restaurants. The house could not have been better suited for our family of 7. It was exactly as described and even better then we hoped for. The layout was perfect for us (2 adults and 5 kids). The pool had a perfect temperature (80 degrees) and was constantly clean and inviting. The beachfront was perfect for swimming and watching kite surfing around clock. The wind did prevent us from using the SUP and kayaks, but not a big deal as there was so much to do on the island. Having 3 outdoors showers was fun and added to the tropical experience. We absolutely felt like we got everything we paid for in this house. Favorite spot was the patio next to the infinity pool for morning coffee, afternoon drinks/apps, and getting some shade when needed. There were renters in the neighboring villa (also part of the property) which was an initial concern but the landscaping and layout ensured total privacy. Finally, the TKCA team was absolutely amazing...incredibly responsive and on top of their communication (which we find super important). Before we arrived their communication was timely and informative. They took care of a few requests we had upon arrival, including helping us with a rental car and some gear that we didn't want to shop around for. They helped with many of the excursions we planned, including horseback riding (just down the street), jet ski rentals (delivered to our beach), tubing, etc. In addition the mid-week housekeeping was perfectly timed and they did an amazing and quick job. They also helped us investigate why we lost water for 2 hours (nearby pipe leak - out of their control) and made sure that we were kept informed of progress until it was back. We felt like we were their only customer/client and we appreciated being taken care of while we were on vacation. The whole family fell in love with both the island and the house and this will be the first of many trips to T&C. I am extremely picky and there is not one thing I could find fault with either this house, the location, or the management company. They did an amazing job at making the overall experience first class.

Wonderful Experience

House, pool and surrounds, and view are magnificent. Although the steady brisk wind from the sea was refreshing, it caused the beach to be riddled with seaweed and the water to be choppy and not so clear. The photos showed it otherwise; perhaps it was the time of the year. Great though for the kite boarders who were plentiful.

Perfect getaway

This vacation was amazing. The villa exceeded our expectations and us in the best location. It was private enough to have our own oasis but yet a two min drive to Grace Bay, restaurants, the grocery store, and the other beaches. Looking forward to going back again next year!

Our family of 6 loved this home. Our only disappointment was the departure — no one wanted to leave! The most relaxing and enjoyable vacation because the home has everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved the pool and accessibility to the ocean. Rented jet skis that were brought to the house via the ocean. Only wish we had more time to stay and relax. There were times when we had the beach all to ourselves. This property is a slam-dunk winner!!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in this home, beautiful house, very well maintained, everything you need is there. Pool is great! Nice to have kayaks and paddle boards there as well (due to the location, there aren't easily accessible place nearby to rent items). However, the location was just PERFECT for us and just what we were hoping for! Far enough away from the crowds, but still easy access to restaurants, grocery, and other conveniences. The view was spectacular, it seemed as though you could see forever. The home has a very nice layout. We were two families with kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to retreat to their rooms or enjoy the shared space. We basically had our own private beach to enjoy 24x7. The weather was amazing and there was only one windy morning during our week long stay which filled the bay with the beautiful colors of kite-boarders. If we had to come up with something to improve, the only thing we can think of is perhaps to consider having the beach chairs refreshed (salt water /air is working it's magic on them). We would return to this home in a heartbeat!

Amazing Villa in the Perfect Location on Long Bay Beach

Pros - This is truly an amazing villa in one of the best locations in Provo. It's modern, new, safe, clean and in super a convenient location. - This villa is very comfortable, well designed and very private, especially if you rent the main house and guest house together. - The heated pool and direct access to the beach cannot be beat. - The outdoor showers are awesome! - The management company is extremely responsive to any need or issue. Cons - The only real negative about this house is the undisclosed construction next door. The other villas I considered disclosed nearby construction and most offered a "construction discount." While the noise was not terrible, it did start every day around 7:15 AM and disturbed the otherwise peaceful sounds of the ocean. - Here's my only other nitpick...the kitchen is well stocked with most of the supplies you may need, including a nice coffee maker. However, no starter supply of coffee is provided. After long travels to get to T&C, it sure would be nice to wake up the first morning and be able to enjoy coffee by the ocean before heading the grocery store to stock up.
