Location, location, location! This spacious, high-ceilinged 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, full kitchen condo is in the Plaza at Ocean Club West in the heart of Grace Bay. Award winning, world famous Grace Bay beach is known for its stunning crystal clear turquoise water, soft white sand, with no rocks, and calm waters protected by the barrier reef 1 mile off shore.
If convenience, relaxation, and walkability is your goal, this is the place to be. A one minute walk to the spa, fitness center, and lighted tennis courts, with an additional 2 minutes to the beach and free form pool (umbrellas and chairs included complimentary). The award winning 'Solana' restaurant with its famous conch salad, conch fritters, and sushi is at Ocean Club West. Solana also provides food and drinks to the only on sand beach bar in the area.
A 5 minute walk along Grace Bay Road leads to numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, a yoga studio, grocery stores, wine store, and many shops. The renowned 'Coco' Bistro restaurant is only a short walk, but you will likely need to make reservations there 6 months in advance.
If an active holiday is more your speed, a Hobie cat is available on site to rent for a sail. The Provo Golf Club, voted top 5 in the Caribbean, is one mile away. For the truly adventurous, hydrofoils and boat excursions for snorkeling and diving can be rented from the beach. Long Bay, just ten minutes away is a world class kiteboarding destination, with consistent trade winds and shallow sandy shores for miles.
The condo includes a master Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a double twin bedroom (that can be converted into a queen bed if requested) with ensuite bathroom. A third half bathroom is located off the main lounge. An additional cot is available to fit into the bedroom, or a pull out couch in the lounge. A full kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and large refrigerator opens into a spacious open plan living area with breakfast bar, dining table, and couches. Secure Wi-Fi, flat screen tv with cable television, air conditioning, and washer dryer are all included. We provide a starter pack of essentials while you get settled in.
Our property manager Thashena lives close by and is available while you are there.

We are a family of 5 and stayed in this exact unit renting ourselves, and when it became available, bought a piece of paradise on this incredible island...We know you will love your vacation! We can't wait to get back ourselves!

We loved staying here. This was our family's first visit to Turks & Caicos and we had an amazing time. Ocean Club West is a great resort and we appreciated having a fun, quality restaurant/bar and coffee/ice cream shop right on site. The grounds were well taken care of and the staff was great. The unit was impeccably clean and Avianne, our host, was lovely and second to none! The location was close to shops and dining and a well-stocked American grocery store. The only reason we gave four stars instead of five was that we did not understand from the listing that this unit is not technically inside the Ocean Club West property but adjacent on Grace Bay Rd. We had access to the beach, pool, and property but not certain amenities like club towels at the beach, and a few other privileges that did not bother us like tennis equipment (but you do have access to the tennis/pickleball courts). The condo had lots of wonderful beach/pool equipment like chairs, pool floaties, snorkels, beach toys and lots of things we brought and ended up not needing. It's a very close walk to the resort, around a fenced off area, and we have no complaints, but we were just a little surprised that we were not inside the resort itself. A great value for the money. No regrets on staying here!

Loved our stay, rooms were large and cozy. The living room was large. The walk to the beach was about 4-5 minutes. Have access to the gym and to beach chairs. Restaurant is right near the pool, it’s good. Would stay again!

The unit was spacious, well located, and quiet. It was exactly as described. What a great place to stay. The resort that you have full access to has a nice restaurant and bar, gorgeous beach,1 minute walk. Several restaurants within 2-3 minute walk, nice grocery store 5 minute walk. The unit was very spacious and fully equipped, we made our own breakfast every day. Eating out can be very expensive as everything is imported, but the unit has everything you need to prepare your own meals. Stephanie is a great communicator, she had a lot of suggestions on place to go, things to do, I even called her one day while at the resort and she was very helpful. Would stay here again if we return to Turks and Cacaos.

Location was great, just a few minute walk from the beautiful Grace Bay beach. The property is adjacent to the Ocean Club West resort. We had access to most of the resort amenities. Close to the shopping area and IGA supermarket. The pool was nice (very warm) and the beach was not crowded and had plenty of chairs. Condo was spacious and well-stocked. Loved the convenience of the kitchen. Host was responsive and provided lots of great tips about the area.

Excellent experience

The owner was very quick to respond and gave directions and tended to us very well. The room was clean and properly stocked. One con was the storage of material below us had many people who worked for this supplier in and out of the room below us continually throughout the day eliminating a bit more privacy. Also the walk to the beach is a bit longer than expected but good exercise! Other than those 2 issues beyond the rental , I would recommend the condo.

Convenient condo in Grace Bay

Roomy condo adjacent to Ocean Club West. Easy walk to the beautiful beach and access to most of OCW’s amenities. Equipped with the basics and clean. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. I did miss not having a balcony with a view of the ocean but the pricing takes that into consideration. Would definitely go back!

The interview from Elaine G on 11/17/2023 is STILL spot on. I will definitely never stay in this unit again. Because of the condition of this unit, I will never rent from VRBOagain. Once we entered the unit, the first thing we noticed were all the marks on the entry wall. We then tried to put on some lights, but 2 of the lamps had no light bulbs. A 3rd lamp had the cord severed all together. We called the property manager and the property manager brought some lightbulbs same day. Then we tried to sit on sofa, but there was no support. You just sank. So we just sat on wooden dining room seats to watch TV. When we went to bed, we discovered most of the pillow protectors on the pillows were missing! So it was just a pillow case over the pillows. The pillows were gross. I have pictures of all this.The property manger came over with new pillows and pillow case covers next day. The unit was barren, dated and un-welcoming. The kitchen faucet leaks. Ceiling fan dusty with cobwebs. There is no SAFE in the room. Don’t assume there is one. Host basically told me not to contact her anymore and to direct all future correspondence with Property Manager. There were no screens in windows in living room. Be prepared to clean up floor after a shower, since one shower leaks on both sides. The curtain is not long enough.Original doors appear to have been removed. Bath towels were tired. If you are considering renting this unit, I would suggest doing extensive due diligence.

Lovely condo with fantastic location

This is a very nice option for families looking for a way to travel to Turks and Caicos that is a bit more affordable. The condo has everything you need and is clean and well stocked. The beach is fantastic, always chairs available at both the beach and pool, no matter what time we came down for the day and that is a refreshing change from many resorts. It’s much windier than we anticipated but perhaps that’s just the time of year, so our usual frisbee and card games were not options. The only thing I would make sure future guests know is that you are not at the Ocean Club West resort, the plaza is a building on the roadside and only loosely associated. Location was no problem at all but the relationship between the resort and plaza were a bit difficult to understand and we found out only by doing things wrong and being told, which wasn’t pleasant on vacation. I was chased by a security guard on my way to the BBQs as I didn’t realize they are off limits. One day we were allowed to borrow tennis racquets, the next day they asked where we were staying and were not allowed. We took the shuttle to Ocean Club East twice (which was amazing! Better poolside food there) and then found out we should not be doing that either. Rather than have bracelets they have security guards walking around asking who you are. To be 100% clear, I think not having these amenities is absolutely a fair trade off for the price difference, I just wish it was more clear beforehand.
